4th,July,2015,the State Council officially released the "Guidance of the state Council on the active promotion of internet + action",with the "Internet +" rose to the national strategy,The innovation achievements of Internet is deeply use in the field of education,economy and other area of society.At the same time,education is in a big change of education in the history of mankind,To fully meet the needs of each person is becoming the core of this education change.Inverted classroom is the result of combination of Internet together with education,is also the result of the new big change of the education.Inverted classroom model quickly swept through the entire US education sector,in the year of 2012,some educators intro duced it to China.As the educators continue to try and explore,Inverted classroom model was applied to more and more areas of education,But applied to the application of physical education curriculum has just started,for this,the study of Inverted classroom to be applicated to the college sports curriculum has an important practical significance.This paper first analyzes the present situation of the Inverted classroom model through the literature review,analyzes the concept,connotation and the corresponding theoretical foundation of the inverted classroom,designs and completes the contrast experiment of college table tennis teaching in the Inverted classroom mode,and collects a large number of Experimental data,and then analyzed the results of the data,and then we come to the conclusions as follows:(1)More than 90%of the students think that the Inverted classroom mode applying to teaching has a great effect on helping them to master the skills,ability and knowledge of the table tennis.They are thinking highly of the teaching mode of Inverted classroom.is that the students think that it will help them on their learning initiative,learning enthusiasm;can enhance their self-learning,cooperation and mutual as sistance,to explore the ability to learn.(2)Through the comparative analysis of the experimental class and the control class table tennis theoretical knowledge,Inverted classroom teaching can help the students grasp the knowledge of table tennis theory more effectively than the traditional teaching model,Table tennis theory study together with the recurring relevant practice,is good for students to consolidate of theoretical knowledge.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the technical skills of the experimental class and the control table,the teaching in the mode of Inverted classroom is better than that of the traditional teaching mode.In the teaching mode of Inverted classroom of table tennis,the technical evaluation of students are obviously better than the traditional teaching mode,but the degree of difficulty is different.The difference between the achievement of skills and the traditional teaching mode is also not the same.
