| Table tennis is one of the most popular sports courses in colleges and universities.Table tennis belongs to the network opposition project,and its technical movements are relatively simple.In the traditional classroom teaching,students spend most of their time practicing the basic technical movements of table tennis,and the single repeated practice for a long time,in order to meet the needs of teaching reform and physical education curriculum.Method diversity,changing teaching modes and methods are important ways to improve students’ enthusiasm for table tennis learning.Shaanxi Normal University has been trying to reform the physical education.Since 2007,it has also continuously tried to use the main and sub-item teaching as the content of teaching innovation.Skipping rope has also been used as an auxiliary exercise for other sports,and it also provides a theoretical reference for the inclusion of pattern skipping as a sub-item in the teaching of table tennis.This paper attempts to incorporate the pattern skipping rope as an auxiliary teaching content into the public table tennis classroom teaching of Shaanxi Normal University.It is expected to improve the students’ interest in learning by changing the teaching content and teaching methods.The literature review method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and scale analysis method were used.Through the group teaching experiment on the table tennis class of Shaanxi Normal University,the practical application effect of the main and auxiliary teaching mode in college table tennis teaching is studied.The two contents will be alternately practiced in the classroom teaching,in order to enable students not only to better grasp the movements of table tennis skills,but also to have a basic understanding of the pattern skipping,so that students can also meet the normal students’ physical education.The need for sports learning.This paper draws the following conclusions through experimental research:(1)Through empirical research,it is proved that the pattern skipping rope as a sub-item is feasible in the teaching of table tennis,which has a positive effect on the physical quality of students.(2)The pattern skipping rope is included as a sub-item in the teaching of table tennis,which has an enhanced effect on the explosive power of the student’s arm,the explosive power and strength of the leg,and less enhancement to the student’s flexibility and speed.(3)Incorporating the skipping rope as a sub-item into the table tennis class has a positive effect on the students’ reaction ability and time perception.The experimental class’s reaction ability and time perception are improved after the experiment.(4)The pattern of skipping as a sub-item is included in the table tennis teaching.The classroom learning mood of the students has been significantly improved,and the students’ tension and energy have been significantly improved.To address the existing problems,make the following recommendations:(1)In the practice of strength and coordination in the physical quality of table tennis,you can use the pattern skipping rope as a sub-item to practice,and the flexible quality and speed quality can take other targeted exercises.(2)The pattern skipping rope can be used as a sub-item to enhance the sense of rhythm.In learning and practice,the pattern skipping rope can be adopted as an auxiliary exercise.(3)The pattern skipping rope is easy to learn,and it can also be used as a sub-item to practice reaction ability and time perception.(4)The pattern skipping is included as an auxiliary item in the table tennis class.The students’ learning mood is improved and can be promoted. |
