In twenty-first Century,the scale and quality of Chinese international education has improved significantly,at the same time,the internationalization of education need to pay more attention on education "going-out" than sole education"Introduction",to create a new high level on internationalization of education,and to achieve the balanced development of them.But at this age,China's education"going-out" researches is not profound and nut enough.At the basic definition of education "going-out",we construct the statistical index system of education "going out".On the basis of a certain text analysis,we focus on the theory of educational internationalization,the index system of educational internationalization,the scientific and rational elements of the macro design principles;At the same time,by using the methods of literature research,analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method and other research methods,we refine the hypernym of education "going-out"——the internationalization of education;We analysis of changes in process China statistical indicators in the education reform,and respect the national conditions of our country and the international comparison of the premise,in accordance with the perspective of education resources and competitiveness,rely on the education of "going-out"principle,on the basis of the framework of statistical indicators,statistical indicators and considering the convenience of the feasibility,and other factors,we construct education "going-out" of the statistical index,and the formation of "going-out"research of education statistics index system.In the end,the index of education"going-out" is built,which includes 5 dimensions:the dimension of space expansion,the dimension of human resources,the dimension of property resources,the dimension of content carrier and the dimension of educational competitiveness.Two indicators including 21:"running overseas school","foreign students in China","education aid funds for overseas" and "teaching Chinese as a foreign language" and"the international status and competitiveness of China's education",three indicators including 74:"overseas kindergarten running by China","The exchange of students and teachers in Colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education","the Ministry of education for international education aid funds","foreign well-known China research journal number" and "foreigners to Chinese education degree of understanding,acceptance".The results of this study is to construct with Chinese characteristics and international common education "going-out" statistical index system,and provide a reference for the evaluation of the status quo of China's education "going-outs"self-assessment,help our education subject diagnose problem in the process of education "going-out",the research enrich the education theory of internationalization,enrich the research of the evaluation of the internationalization of education and plays an important role in promoting China's education "going-out".
