Vocational education is getting more and more attention today,the current Guangxi vocational school teachers are mainly on the quality of vocational training students are also increasingly people's attention.At present,the teacher is also in a state of embarrassment,in the same professional years and other professional years to take into account the professional skills and teaching skills,which makes the two aspects of training are discounted.How to correctly position the vocational education teacher,so that the teacher teacher Fan Sheng for the qualified quasi-secondary vocational education "double teacher" teachers,this study through the combing of domestic and foreign vocational education teacher training literature,proposed by comparing different types of Guangxi(Teacher type and comprehensive type)in the training of vocational school teachers on the different,to put forward some relevant strategies and recommendations.This study mainly from the following aspects:Firstly,the training of teachers and students to cultivate the mode of interpretation and perspective.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories of the training model of vocational school students,such as teacher education theory,vocational and technical teaching,and the teaching of vocational education.The paper analyzes the difference between the teaching and the profession,the process and the result,the theory and the practice,and lays a theoretical foundation for the continuation of the research.Second,the status quo of the training model of vocational school teachers in Guangxi colleges and universities.Secondly,through the design of student questionnaires and teachers 'interviews,the vocational teachers of Guangxi Normal University(Normal University)and Guangxi University of Science and Technology(Comprehensive University)are introduced to the teachers' Health training model was investigated.Thirdly,the problems in the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools.It is difficult to meet the development needs of the teachers and students,and the teaching mode needs to be improved.The difference of the employment intention is different between the comprehensive university and the normal university students.And other issues.To find out the nature of these problems before they can put forward effective strategies and recommendations.Fourthly,the strategy and suggestion of improving the training mode of vocational school teachers in Guangxi colleges and universities.First of all,to improve the external environment of secondary vocational education,through the multi-channel publicity,update people on vocational education and professional education of traditional understanding,the establishment of colleges and universities "double teacher" teachers,through excellent teaching quality to enhance professional attraction,The second is to reform the curriculum system,by updating the curriculum concept,clear the curriculum objectives,optimize the curriculum,the curriculum development,Optimize the curriculum system;the third is to innovative teaching mode,a reasonable choice of teaching content,the courage to innovate teaching methods,enrich the teaching evaluation methods;Finally,cultivate the main diversification,through enterprises,vocational schools,institutions of higher learning and other close cooperation to achieve The maximum use of educational resources,full vocational education for students of high quality training to create the conditions.Finally,there are many shortcomings in this study.The proposed strategy is only to stay in the theoretical level,did not conduct empirical research.How to change the awkward position ofvocational education teacher,to enhance the level of vocational school students,in the future work and study,will be further explored.
