As an indispensable part of higher education, higher vocational education provides a significant way for the majority of young to becoming talent and successful. It also plays an important function in the process of cultivating diversified personnel,inheriting skills and promoting enterprises and employment. Enrollmet examination system, a crucial part of the three aspects of higher vocational edcation, has a key role in advancing its quality.Given this, this study is of great theoretical and practical value.Based on Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this study mainly discusses the implementation of the diversified examination enrollment system in the development of higher vocational education. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided into four parts: the first part mainly from the historical development of the higher vocational education examination enrollment system made a brief combing,divided into the debugging stage, the exploration stage, the development stage of the three major development process, And summed up the reform trend of higher vocational education entrance examination system. The second part is based on the principle of separation of examinations, the first of the two existing examination system and six kinds of enrollment methods for a brief analysis. Secondly,through the interviews of managers,recruiters and teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is found that there are still two problems in the current system: one is poor condition and the lack of supply system. Finally,finding above problems is from the concept level, the methods of propaganda and institutional environment three aspects of the cause.The third part mainly selects the higher vocational education in the United States, Switzerland, Japan, three countries, the characteristics of the examination enrollment, to find the development of vocational college entrance examination deficiencies,learn from each other. The fourth part is based on the existence of the system itself, based on the theory of multiple intelligences, from the social environment, institutional environment and institutional creativity to make recommendations.Higher vocational education is the inevitable product of industrial upgrading and knowledge structure transformation. Reforming and perfecting higher vocational education is the trend, and the implementation of the diversified examination enrollment system is the primary meaning. Only in the implementation process, constantly reform,and constantly improve, in order to truly scientific talent selection, effective training of personnel, output of talent rapidly.
