School-based teaching and research with the new curriculum reform born to teachers and schools to face a variety of teaching practice as the object of study, teachers as the main body of the study to solve the specific practical education as the goal, the common development of teachers and students Purpose, is to improve the quality of school teaching, teachers to achieve professional, to promote the implementation of the new curriculum effective way. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform, the development of school-based teaching and research has attracted much attention.School-based teaching and research,teachers as a research subject,in teaching and research activities play a very important role. Teachers' attitudes directly determine the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research activities. But in reality,most of the teachers are busy with teaching work,in the school-based teaching and research activities in the performance of the initiative is not conducive to the smooth implementation of school-based teaching and research. Moreover, the author finds that the research results of school-based teaching and research in our country are rich, but the research on the attitude of teachers participating in school-based teaching and research is lacking, and the theoretical analysis and experience are summarized from the existing literature analysis.Based on the above reasons, this paper uses the observation method, the non-structured interview method and the questionnaire survey method to take the three primary school teachers in Dong xi hu District of Wuhan as the research object, from the teacher's cognition and emotion, Behavior tend to three aspects to understand the primary school teachers to participate in school-based teaching and research activities attitude. On the basis of understanding the teachers' overall participation attitude, this paper makes a comparative study on the different attitudes of the three primary school teachers, and then through the field investigation and interview data of the author,the author analyzes the three primary school teachers' attitudes towards school-based teaching and research,The intention of the three differences in behavior, to explore the teachers may be involved in school-based teaching and research attitudes in the reasons, and put forward the corresponding recommendations.The survey results show that there are many urgent problems in the current school-based teaching and research activities, and teachers 'attitudes towards teaching and research activities are not optimistic. Teachers' attitudes towards school-based teaching and research activities are affected by many factors. First, from the perspective of teachers themselves, teachers 'professional knowledge and ability, teachers' awareness of school-based teaching and research activities and teachers ' workload and time are the basic factors that affect their attitudes. Secondly,from the school level,The importance of the activities and the setting of the contents of the teaching and research activities are also the basic factors that affect the teachers' attitudes. In the survey of this study, all the factors that affect teachers' attitudes towards school-based teaching and research will eventually point to emotional dimensions. Participant attitude is positive for teachers because of the harvest, a sense of accomplishment, experience the value and significance of teaching and research activities, from becoming more active; participation in negative attitude of teachers, in the active participants in school-based teaching and research.Therefore, to improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based teaching and research, we must eliminate the teacher's negative emotional experience, improve the positive emotional experience of teachers.
