With the development of our economy, sports' core development has changed greatly: orienting from "gold medal" of competitive sports to combining the competitive sports and social sports together. With the continuous development of the social sports, it is unavoidable that a large number of social sports professionals are involved.Promulgated by the State Council in 2016, the Planning Outline of 2030 for a Healthy China clearly put forward an idea of strengthening the training of the directive and managing specialists in the field of social sports, and up to 2030, the goal of 2.3 coaches per one thousand citizens should be achieved. Universities in this country, opening the major of Social Sports Instruction and Management, undertake the mission of cultivating professional talents of this field. Hubei province, a large province with advanced education in China,has 17 colleges and universities setting the major of Social Sports Instruction and Management, which ranks the third and plays an important role in training the professionals of this field.Released in October 2014, the ministry of education in the past two years the list of the employment rate is low, the employment rate low 15 undergraduate specialty of social sports professional guidance and management, made the Hubei province, the employment rate of the major is not ideal. The low employment rate,of the major influence factors are various, the curriculum is one of the important reasons.Based on The Specialty Catalog and Introduction of Undergraduate Course of Common Universities (edited in 2012) and The National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduates' Sports Major in Universities (draft) promulgated by the Ministry of Education, through the methods of literary materials, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper studies the courses' provision of six Universities in Hubei province, which has the major of Social Sports Instruction and Management, and analyses its course goal as well as works out some existed problems,hoping to put forward some useful suggestions to the courses, provision of the Social Sports Instruction and Management.In this paper, through questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis the following conclusions:(1) In the structure of the curriculum provision, six universities in Hubei Province can be done accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education outline.However, due to the differences between the six universities in terms of training objectives and school curriculum resources, there are certain differences in the curriculum category.(2)In terms of subject fundamentals curriculum provision, there is a heavy theory and light technology phenomenon in universities in Hubei Province. It should be based on the students must master the specific skills of the subject of basic courses to make a corresponding change in order to adapt to the needs of such talent.(3) In terms of professional compulsory course provision, theoretical courses and technical courses will not penetrate and mutual support,and only a rough combining with the differences of the geographical location, regional culture and school curriculum resources of each university to develop the professional characteristics of the curriculum,difficult to improve students' knowledge structure, to meet the social needs of the market.(4) In terms of professional elective course provision, most of the professional elective courses in universities are short-lived,students have a narrow range of options,and their learning outcomes are not satisfactory. In the curriculum should be more attention to the practicality of the course.(5) In terms of general course provision, low specific gravity for General Elective,failed to give students more space choice, it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of students, students can not mobilize the enthusiasm of learning.(6) In the practice of teaching links, there is a heavy theory of light practice phenomenon,practice course arrangements lag,leading to theoretical study and practice out of touch, failure to achieve better results.Based on the analysis of the curriculum of social sports guidance and management in six colleges in Hubei Province, Proposed modularization of curriculum provision; Set up in line with professional characteristics of professional courses and reflect the development of social sports at the forefront of general education; Multi-stage,multi-level set of relevant practice classes and curriculum evaluation and national certification system.
