| Chinese sports have made China's competitive sports rise rapidly by using the Whole Nation System model. As the foundation of national sports, sports schools have made great contribution to the development of Chinese sports, and the graduates of sports schools used to be in short supply. However, along with the social development and enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, sports schools are now facing difficulties in enrollment as well as in employment.This dilemma of sports schools in development has attracted the attention of many peers, experts and scholars, resulting in a large number of studies and suggestions."Problems and Countermeasures" give analysis mostly based on "policy system","capital" or "coach". Few studies focus on sports school themselves to look for the reasons leading to such dilemma. Employment difficulty is an important feature of sports schools' dilemma. The main reason leading to this phenomenon also attracted quite a lot of investigations and research. According to some survey results, we found that the basic reason lies in a lack of athletes' cultural quality and social comprehensive attainment (the ability to adapt to social needs). Here we sum up as inappropriate behaviors in "right and wrong","to comply with the rules," "indomitable will","under the supervision". At my school, students spend most of the time training. They hardly have time to go home. This situation leads to the lack of family education. Now there are no studies on reasons leading to such appropriate behaviors of sports school graduates.This study looks though documents for previous research results related to this paper.Meanwhile, questionnaires, interviews and data statics will be used to obtain actual survey data of my school, which will later be compared and analyzed, leading to accurate reasons for sports schools' dilemma. That is, students' inappropriate behaviors are the main reasons for the dilemma of sports schools in development. Our students spend most time training, with no time for family education. This results in their inappropriate behaviors. This study is based on the family education theory, school education theory and home-school cooperation theory, with the actual survey data to analyze the status and problems of home-school cooperation, combined with home and school cooperation experience and the actual situation. Students, parents, teachers, coaches are the main four factors affecting the home-school cooperation. Related research is done to seek for appropriate solutions to the dilemma of sports schools. This study is based on the existing conditions to construct multi joint "home- school cooperation". With the behavior of students as the starting point, this study is to help sports school students develop appropriate behaviors necessary for them to be social workers. It also aims to help students establish correct values, correct outlook on life as well as correct learning attitude, which will help promote cultural teaching and improve students' cultural quality. |
