Research On Multi-subject Cooperative Mode Of Community Home-based Care

In recent years,with the increasing proportion of the elderly population,China has gradually entered the aging society.In addition,China's pension system and mechanism have been imperfect for a long time,so the pension problem of the elderly is increasingly severe.From the central government to various places,all kinds of new old-age care methods are being explored to explore different ways to alleviate the problems brought by the aging society and provide diversified and high-quality old-age care services for the aged.As a new type of old-age care service mode,the multi-entity cooperation mode of community home-based old-age care can realize one-stop old-age care service by relying on the community,integrating the surrounding resources,integrating different service modes such as medical treatment,meal assistance,sports and sports activities,etc.,according to the different needs of the elderly residents in the jurisdiction.Its development provides a new idea of continuous,comprehensive and effective integrated pension service to alleviate the current pension problems.Multiple subjects participate in the development of community home-based elderly care services,which are dominated by social workers and assisted by volunteers.We will effectively link community resources and comprehensively use three social work methods--case work,group work and community work--to provide specialized old-age care services for the various needs of the elderly.This paper,guided by maslow's demand theory,social reconstruction theory and activity theory,makes a comprehensive use of literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey to conduct a survey on community home-based elderly care services in W street.W street of the four communities,for example,the community according to the age of the different age group will be divided into young to the old and the older the elderly,according to the demand of the two types of the elderly,physical,psychological and other aspects of difference,respectively,to carry out mutual pension,pension,pension and relief care professional pension four services,effectively meet the demand of the elderly endowment within their respective jurisdictions.But multiple subject to participate in the process of community home endowment service,there are some problems,mainly includes:part of the service supply and pension demand does not match the part,major service project deviate from the original intention and service activities become a mere formality,the service mode are not insight to the masses and the shortage of social workers,the professional services role play five aspects.Through careful analysis of these problems,the author puts forward the following Suggestions:to provide services for the elderly according to their actual needs,to implement the main body supervision and assessment for the service providers,to strengthen the publicity of community home-based care service model for residents,to strengthen the construction of core capacity and team construction for social workers.By giving constructive opinions on the problems in the communities investigated by the author,it provides new insights for exploring the new development of community home-based care services.
