Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.Education is the main way to cultivate talents.Especially in the modern,information and democratic era,school education alone has not been able to meet the needs of children's comprehensive development.It is necessary to integrate the common forces of family,school and society to promote the healthy growth of children.Home-school cooperation is a way to integrate the common strength of family and school to form a joint force of education.It is conducive to the healthy growth of students,to the improvement of the concept of family education,to the improvement of school management,and to the implementation of quality-oriented education.Teachers,as the backbone of home-school cooperation,act as a bridge for home-school cooperation and shoulder the heavy responsibility of guiding family education,which requires teachers to give play to the example power of teaching by words and deeds,the education power of collective management and the democratic power of non-discrimination.By means of questionnaire,interview and literature research,this study investigated the current status of teachers' behaviors in home-school cooperation,found the problems of teachers' behaviors in home-school co-education,and explored and summarized the reasons,so as to provide references for optimizing teachers' behaviors in home-school cooperation.Through investigation and research,it is found that at present,there are some problems in the responsibility behavior of teachers in home-school cooperation.In terms of behavior style,it is single,short of long-term effect,monotonous,short of variety,one-way and short of interaction.The main reasons are that teachers have limited understanding,insufficient competence and insufficient trust to their parents.The external factors are mainly the lack of school management mechanism,the limited ability of parents,the construction of social system to be improved and the evaluation system to be changed.This article from the teachers themselves and parents,schools and society to give relevant advice.Teachers should set up correct ideas and promote all-round development,create an atmosphere of equality,democracy and harmony between families and schools,expand forms of cooperation,form a long-term mechanism of cooperation,enhance the ability of cooperation and enhance the effect of communication.Schools should create a mechanism for home-school cooperation and empower teachers to cooperate.Parents should clarify their responsibilities,improve their ability,trust and support,and communicate actively.Society should ensure that laws and regulations are formulated and public opinion is guided.
