With the popularity of the network and information education,more and more teachers use a blog or space auxiliary teaching.Especially in today's society,"Internet plus education" breaks the traditional education mode to develop education with the aid of the Internet.Blog and space have increasingly gained popularity with its characteristics such as zero cost,being open,free,and convenient and so on.The advantages of language teachers using blog and space to promote teaching become more and more obvious,especially for Chinese teachers.Because they usually have a strong writing skills,and Chinese subject is extensive and informative as well.This paper consists of five parts:The first part:the content and research background of Chinese teacher 's blog.This paper mainly explains the definition and characteristics of teachers' blog,the background and causes of teachers' blog,and the analysis of the current researches at home and abroad.The second part:the content and educational significance of Chinese teachers' blog.This part mainly deals with the content,classification,demonstration form and interactive form of Chinese teachers' blog.It also explores the role of Chinese teachers'blog as a knowledge reserve,a communication platform,a concept precipitation,a growth file,an innovative way and so on.The third part:the current use and characteristics of Chinese teachers' blog.This part mainly explains the users of Chinese teachers' blog,the characteristics of its content,its interactive features and so on.The fourth part:Analysis of the reasons why Chinese teachers blog is not optimistic.The following can account for the situation.To start with,the Chinese teachers blog value has not been fully recognized.Besides,in the blog creation process,a lot of time and effort are needed.What's more,personality characteristics of blog obviously lead to mass participation is not high.The five part:the suggestions and measures of how to further use teachers' blog to promote their own growth.It mainly spreads from improving Chinese teachers'understanding of the role of their blogs,strengthening the management of their blogs,cultivating Chinese teachers' teaching reflection,and comprehensive utilization of various media platforms.
