Blog have influenced many part of China society since 1998.As an important part of Edublog, teachers' blog are noticed more and more. This article analyzes the status of teachers' blog and advise strategy to develop the teachers'blog and territorial teachers' bloggroup.The first part is introduction, introduce background, reasons, aim and meaning of this study.The second part is the research way and program. The author use literature, design one questionnaire for teachers who have blog and statistics the data to do the study.In the third part, firstly introduce definition, history of blog. Then explain the definition, genre, history and educational function of edublog.In the fourth part, the author analyses the motility, receiving behavior, using behavior of the teachers'blog and building way, leading character, 20/80 phenomenon of territorial teachers' bloggroup.In the fifth part, the author advises such strategy to develop teachers' blog as environment strategy, blog+bbs model, develop model of theachers'blog and the relation between teachers'blog and Education Informatization.The sixth part is summary including the production, innovation, insufficiency of this study and some advice on the future study.
