Research On The Development Path Of Social Work Institutions From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

As an important platform for carrying out professional social work services,the vigorous development of social work institutions is not only the result of the professional development of social work,but also an important force to further promote the development of social work in our country.After more than ten years of development,social work institutions have formed their own characteristics in Shenzhen,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other coastal economically developed areas,and there have been "Shenzhen model","Wanfang model" and other representative development models.Compared with the social work institutions in the coastal economically developed areas of our country,the development of the social work institutions in the inland areas is relatively backward,although the number and scale of the institutions have increased and expanded significantly in recent years.But at present,there is no unique development path.Changsha A Social work Service Center was registered and established in Changsha Civil Affairs Bureau in November 2012.The purpose of the organization is to "help others help themselves and promote a better environment." Since its establishment,the A Social work Service Center has launched a demonstration project on caring for social work for the disabled,a "three districts" social work professional support program,and Changsha City Civil Affairs Bureau to purchase social work services for the disabled.From 2013 to the end of 2016,Center A was appraised as the first batch of pilot units of enterprise social work,and the "Top 100 Social work Service institutions in 2015",including a number of social work service projects,such as home care services for the disabled in Changsha.Hunan Province,the only national social work service demonstration unit,Changsha City,the first only 5A social work organization.Taking Changsha A Social work Service Center as an example,this paper discusses the development path of social work organization,which is representative to a certain extent.According to the theory of resource dependence,any organization must rely on other organizations in the same environment,and the organizations depend on each other and develop together.As a special social organization,social work institutions also need to interact with other surrounding organizations to survive.From the perspective of resource dependence theory,this paper analyzes the dependence of Changsha A Social work Service Center on policy resources,social resources,capital resources and information resources from the perspective of resource dependence theory,and on this basis,from the government.At the level of social work organization and so on,this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development path of social work organization in inland area of our country.
