The mental health of middle school students has been a hot issue of concern,and the mental health status of middle school students has been declining in recent years.The prevalence of psychological disorder is on the rise.The mental health of middle school students not only affects students 'academic performance,but also affects the development of students' personality.And the mental health status of high school students in Zhongshan City has a certain problem,to understand the mental health status of high school students in Zhongshan City,and accordingly put forward the targeted solution strategy become an urgent need to solve the problem.This study investigates the mental health of students in X secondary school in Zhongshan City by means of literature research and questionnaire survey.It analyzes the overall situation of mental health of students in X secondary school in Zhongshan City,the gender differences,the differences of grade,whether class cadre,Whether the only child,family structure and academic performance on the mental health of the impact of the following conclusions:First,the mental health of the students in X middle school in Zhongshan is worse than that of the normal model.There are gender differences in mental health status of two,Zhongshan city X middle school students,mental health status of boys is better than girls,in interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety,learning stress and psychological imbalance on the dimensions of performance is more obvious.Three.The mental health of the students in X middle school in Zhongshan city is different from grade one.The students in senior grade are significantly better than those in the first and third grades.Four,whether the class cadre,whether the only child only affect the students' sense of learning pressure,class cadres and non only child perception of learning pressure is significantly less than non class cadres and only child.Five,whether the accommodation and family structure does not affect the mental health of students in Zhongshan X middle school.Six,the study results affect the mental health of the students in the X middle school in Zhongshan,and the results of the study are as follows: the mental health of the excellent and good students is better than that of the poor students.Finally,according to the results of this study and their own teaching practice,the author puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects: school and teacher,family and students themselves.
