Objectives:To explore how social media application in clinical nursing teaching,the use of social media network platform for WeChat inspired nursing students' clinical thinking and improve the ability of critical thinking in guiding the clinical nursing teaching mode,has the characteristics of the Internet to establish innovative clinical nursing teaching mode,and provide reference for clinical nursing teaching and innovation to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods:WeChat established social media platform.Take the experimental intervention,by cluster sampling method,selected June 2015-2016 in May were grouped in my internship of all nursing students a total of 134 people surveyed,according to the time sequence of the intern into practice are numbered,randomly divided 67 nursing students as the experimental group,67 students were divided into the control group.Control group:the teaching mode of routine clinical care,this model includes pre job trining,one-to-one teaching and specialized lectures,nursing records,teaching rounds.The study group:the teaching mode on the basis of routine clinical nursing teaching mode,the application of WeChat platform in clinical nursing teaching combined with practice.The establishment of WeChat public platform for nursing students,divided into system management,resource sharing,the three module of business management.The nursing department of full-time administrator,Department of teachers,students and corresponding permission to participate in the maintenance management platform.The general information questionnaire and critical thinking ability scale using survey tools(CCTDI-CV).In the practice of pre and post questionnaires respectively for the control group and the research group of nursing students,investigation content for students of the general situation and tendency of critical thinking ability including open thinking,seek truth,analytical skills,systematic ability,self-confidence,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity in 7 dimensions.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software,statistical methods including descriptive statistical analysis,two independent samples t test,chi square test and paired t test,compared with the control group of nursing students and nursing students' study group of early and late critical thinking ability for social.WeChat media platform as a means of intervention to do research on the self control group before and after the experiment of nursing students,nursing students study group compared pre and post critical thinking ability.Results:1.Two 67 groups of nursing students,the control group of 67 people and the general situation of the study group of 1 people,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of two groups of critical thinking ability of nursing students in the later study,critical thinking group total score(288.07 + 18.97)%higher than the control group(250.97 + 26.68),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group of 7 scores higher than the control group,in addition to the analysis ability the system of "ability,no significant dimension(P>0.05),compared to more than the dimensions,the difference was statistically significant.3.The practice of critical thinking for nursing students in total score of study group(278.67 + 25.33),higher than the pre internship period(239.82 + 11.63),the difference was statistically significant P<0.05,the 7 dimensions of post internship evaluation scores were higher than the pre internship period,there was a significant difference between the P<0.05.Conclusions:1.At present,the overall performance of the critical thinking ability of nursing students in our hospital for positive tendency,that higher nursing education in our province in the cultivation of critical thinking ability has played a certain role but lack of nursing students seeking truth,thought is not open,critical thinking confidence is not high,not strong thirst for knowledge,cognitive maturity should be improved,showing existing clinical nursing teaching mode has some disadvantages,did not play a supporting role to promote the training of nursing students in these aspects.2.to carry out social media in clinical nursing teaching and research group is beneficial to improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students,the research group of the critical thinking ability of nursing students results better than the control group of nursing students.3.Using the WeChat platform inspired nursing students' clinical thinking and improve the ability of critical thinking,the research group later to seek the truth in critical thinking in students' practice ability,analysis ability,critical thinking self-confidence,curiosity,cognitive maturity were improved,the late practice ability of critical thinking ability is to teach.The early stage of practice has greatly improved.4.using the social media network platform to combine clinical nursing teaching,can improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.The teaching content for clinical,provide the basis for the improvement of the method,but also provides a new way and mode for nursing education.4.The use of social media platform reform of clinical nursing teaching mode in clinical nursing practice teaching,to promote to cultivate the critical thinking ability of nursing students;practice teaching content for clinical nursing,provide the basis for the improvement of the method,but also provides a new way and mode for nursing education.
