Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, "How to define the nature of the language discipline" is the fundamental problem of language education, which led to a heated debate among many teachers and experts in education, Thus there are three very famous debates in the history of Chinese Education: the struggle between the literary and artistic ideas, the controversy between the instrumental and the ideological, and the dispute between the humanity and the tool. In 2001, full-time compulsory education language curriculum standards (experimental draft) promulgated, clear: "the unity of instrumentality and humanism is the basic characteristics of Chinese subject". During the period, not only carry out the tool of Chinese consciously, but also carry on the humanities of the Chinese language to some extent, Zhentao Hong, a special-grade Chinese teacher from Hubei Province ,can be said to be one of the typical representatives.As one of the outstanding members of Chinese language teachers in the second half of the 20th century, Zhentao Hong has achieved fruitful results in his own language teaching practice, but also put forward to construct a new Chinese teaching system of"learning language". Focusing on his new language teaching system, this article from the language teaching philosophy of "Learning the Chinese Language" and "Cultivating the Sense of Language",can be a good way to help front-line teachers understand the language of the instrumental and cultural meaning of the unity, but also for the moment Vigorously advocate the "want to consciously cultivate the core language of the students"the new curriculum standards, to provide a certain practical test and positive and feasible strategy for the future development of Chinese language education to contribute.In the first chapter of this thesis, the author studies the internal and external factors that influence the formation of Zhentao's Hong Chinese teaching concept. On the basis of this,the author makes a deep research on the Chinese teaching idea of Zhentao's Hong construction of new language teaching system on "learning language",and extracts the core of the idea - learning the language and cultivating the sense of language, which revolves around Zhentao's Hong core language teaching philosophy to explore and analyze.The second chapter mainly reveals the unique value of Zhentao's Hong Chinese teaching idea of "learning the language and cultivating language sense" through comparative analysis. The paper mainly chooses Yu Yi who is the leader of the Chinese language education reform in Shanghai and the author of the "sentimentalism", and Hongbin Ning, who is the author of "Creative Thinking Training" and the famous teacher of Chinese teaching reform in Beijing to make comparison. The three teachers' Chinese language teaching ideas, can be described as leading the three regions (North China,Central China, East China) the general direction of Chinese teaching reform which has a profound influence on the development of Chinese teaching. Through the comparative analysis, finding that Zhentao's Hong Chinese teaching idea, on the one hand, is deeply rooted in the practice of Chinese teaching, and it has strong operability and practical significance. On the other hand, it has something in common with the current Chinese teaching reform ideas in some way.The third chapter mainly discusses the specific application of Zhentao's Hong Chinese teaching idea in teaching practice. Through the study of Zhentao's Hong teaching record and the compilation of language teaching materials, summing up his Chinese teaching ideas in the specific implementation of the differences and the use of strategies in different sections and different types of texts. Taking into account the situation of Zhentao's Hong teaching, the research of the thesis mainly focuses on the primary school and middle school. As for the implementation of different types of text,drawing lessons from Zhentao's Hong own classification, it is mainly focus on classical poetry and vernacular beauty class.The fourth chapter is mainly to study the contemporary value and future prospect of Zhentao's Hong Chinese teaching idea. The former mainly analyzes from the perspective of its compatibility with the current "new curriculum standard reform" and the cultivation of Chinese core accomplishment of students. And tries to explore its the lack of teaching philosophy, put forward the improvement strategies.
