Education informatization has become an important national strategic initiative,the core of it is the school's teaching informatization. National Engineering Research Center for E-learning independently developed starC teaching platform, which uses information technology to reshape the means of education and the environment and has been gradually implemented into the classroom teaching in recent years. However, the education department is one of the most insensitive institutions for the change of education. In addition, some teachers are negatively resistant to emerging products.What are now plaguing the developers and policymakers is that whether the starC teaching platform is accepted by the teachers as expected and the great investment will be rewarded. Therefore, it is very important to explore the factors that affect the acceptance of starC teaching platform.This paper first introduces the characteristics of starC teaching platform. Based on the analysis of UTAUT model and classroom teaching characteristics, the UTAUT model is improved. Taking Suzhou Informational Education Reform Experimental Class as an example, this paper explores the behaviors of teachers using starC teaching platform. The factors influencing the teachers' participation in starC teaching platform are analyzed, and the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the influencing factors and behavioral factors is provided, which provided useful advice for the development and popularization of starC teaching platform. The work of this paper mainly includes the following parts:First of all, according to the characteristics of classroom teaching, we chose the UTAUT model with higher explanatory power as the basic model on the basis of analyzing the technology acceptance model.Secondly, we analyzed the status quo of the research on the acceptance of information technology at home and abroad. Combining the individual characteristics of teachers and the characteristics of starC teaching platform, we introduced the three new variables of personal innovation, perceived risk and platform quality which constructed the model of teachers' acceptance of starC teaching platform and then put forward the research hypothesis.Once again, we first learned from the mature scales then designed the questionnaire. After the testing and revision, we issued the final revised questionnaire and collected data. The data was analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS software. According to the results of the analysis,we revised the model and verified the research hypothesis.Finally, according to the results of the data analysis, we concluded that the influencing factors of teachers' acceptance in starC teaching platform include personal innovation, effort expectancy, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions and platform quality. In addition, disciplines and information technology proficiency also play a regulatory role in the model. Those conclusions help improve frequency of utilization of starC teaching platform for teachers and promote the level of educational information.In this paper, the UTAUT model is applied to the acceptance of a specific classroom teaching product. And its application field is expanded. On the basis of the UTAUT model, the new variables are introduced according to the characteristics of the classroom teaching. Meanwhile the model of teachers' acceptance in starC teaching platform is structured. The analysis of influencing factors also provides practical recommendations for developers and policy makers.
