Key competencies is the comprehensive embodiment of the key attitude, which can make students adapt to the development of individual life, knowledge and ability .In the context of education information, to promote the reform and development of education has become a new change in the field of education. The development of the key competencies of students has also become an inevitable trend.Classroom teaching is one of the most important ways to cultivate the key competencies of the students. In the different disciplines, students' key competencies training strategies are different. This paper takes the junior middle school history key competencies as the research object, using case analysis method, carring on the analysis to the history teaching case with the starC platform, summing up the strategies of cultivating key competencies in junior middle school history teaching platform based on starC. Finally, through the questionnaire and interview, the paper analyzes the effect of the students' key competencies in the junior middle school history classroom teaching, based on the starC teaching platform.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all, based on the analysis of the present research, defining the concept of key competencies, core literacy of subject, historic key competencies, and introduces the five core elements of history literacy connotation, explains the necessity of historical key competencies training.Secondly, introduces the advantage of the classroom teaching based on starC teaching platform to train the history key competencies of students, and chooses two junior middle school history lessons as cases to explain the starC teaching platform playing a positive role on cultivating key competencies of students in history.Then, from the five aspects, which is the "space-time concept","historical evidence" and "historical understanding" and "interpretation of history" and "historical values", to elaborate the raining strategy of key competencies in the history teaching based on starC.Finally, through the questionnaire method and interviews method to analyse the effect of the key competencies in the history of junior middle school classroom teaching based on starC teaching platform. The results show that the history classroom teaching based on starC teaching platform can help to cultivate students' key competencies.
