Study On The Vocational Education Of Migrant Workers In Industrial Agglomeration Area

How to improve the effectiveness of education and training of migrant workers? How to realize the interaction with the development of industrial agglomeration and migrant workers? These phenomena have become urgent problems to be solved in the construction of characteristic towns.Based on the field investigation of Huangyan intelligent mold town,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the education and training of migrant workers.Combined with the needs and characteristics of industrial agglomeration area,put forward improving suggestions to industrial agglomeration area of migrant workers education and training measures.This paper is divided into five parts: In the first part,he author introduced the existing literature,works and materials,analyzed the background and significance,research ideas and research methods of the research,and then summarized the literatures at home and abroad.The second part is education and training of migrant workers and industrial agglomeration.This chapter analyzes the role of industrial agglomeration,education and training of migrant workers,and analyzes the role of education and training of migrant workers in industrial agglomeration areas.It is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:to improve the human capital,to accelerate the integration of industry and the city,and to assist the citizenization of migrant workers.The third part is the survey of the status quo of migrant workers' vocational education in industrial agglomeration area.This part carried on the questionnaire survey and interview to 202 migrant workers in Huangyan mold town and industrial agglomeration area.This part highlighting the status of migrant workers on education and training.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the vocational education of migrant workers in the industrial agglomeration area.According to the survey,the following problems exist in migrant workers' education in the current industrial agglomeration area: The motivation of migrant workers' vocational education is lacking,the industrial embedment of migrant workers' vocational education is not enough,the development and supervision and guarantee mechanism of migrant workers' vocational education is missing,the values of migrant workers' vocational education are weak.The fifth part is about the measures to improve the vocational education of migrant workers in the industrial agglomeration area.In view of the difficulties of migrant workers' education in industrial agglomeration area,the author drew lessons of the experience from both domestic and foreign,and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the following five aspects:Mobilizing the enthusiasm of the main body to participate in the vocational education of migrant workers,innovating the mode of migrant workers' vocational education by industry oriented,taking the lack of development into account and then optimizing the content of migrant workers' vocational education,perfecting the supervision and safeguard mechanism of migrant workers' vocational education,and finally,setting up individual career planning of their own.
