The Study On Problems And Measures In Canteen Management Of Primary And Secondary School In Gongshu District

For primary and secondary schools,canteen management has become an important task of the daily management in the school.Now the safety of food issues has been highlighted in recent years,so the construction of security,sunlight,standard in canteen have become a common focus of the whole society.Strengthen of the management of the canteen is one of the most important aspects of the logistics management,and theguarantee of teachers and students' physical and mentalhealth development.Taking canteen management of primary and secondary school in Gongshu as the research object,selects five schools as sample,through methods such as questionnaires,interviews and field inspection live to get the first-hand data.The author will use comprehensive and objective analysis of the problems in the management of primary and secondary school's canteen work currently.Then on this basis of those researches,we can find the suggestions and countermeasures of how to forward the corresponding of canteen management in Gongshu.Through the study of the paper,we can get method to strengthen financial management,strict internal control system,improve quality of the service and standards of health and safety.And we also can establish quantitative assessment index which can be tied to schools' performance evaluation.Then the index can be applied to the actual supervision and management in administrative units.We must constantly strengthen and improve the school canteen work standardization,institutionalization and scientific.And solve the problems existing in the management of primary and secondary school,we can provide examples for reference which can improve the level of management of our country middle and primary school cafeteria.
