The rapid development of modern information technology has had a huge impact on areas of education,Each stage of education colleges and universities take an active part in constructing and using auxiliary teaching platform.Combining the modern information technology and the education evaluation is the necessary way of education reform and development.Aiming at the limitations of higher vocational college students learning evaluation way,This article embarks from the actual needs of higher vocational college students learning evaluation,with the purpose of improving the traditional learning evaluation way in higher vocational colleges,Combining the advanced network technology,Software technology and traditional test mode,designed and developed a computer assisted assessment system of including testing and evaluation which applied in higher vocational colleges.This project aims to make the education workers getting rid of complexity of traditional examination,improve test quality and efficiency,reduce test cost.Thesis build item bank of higher vocational college which depend on Classical Testing Theory firstly,Focuses on researching the design of test parameters that adapt to the higher vocational education teaching goal,aim at solving the problem that online examination system test quality is not high and lacking of item bank for the higher vocational education features at present.On the basis of the construction of item bank,guided by the demands of users,intelligent generate test paper conform the demands of users which based on Genetic Algorithm.With the Classical Testing Theory attribute indexes as parameters,using Date Mining for statistics and analysis to test,exam papers and student test scores,enable education workers to get hold of test feedback information timely and deeply,it is benefit to achieve the goals of education.In the aspect of system implementation,computer assisted assessment system adopts B/S three layer architecture model,laid a good foundation for the future system maintenance and extension;with the method of iterative development for system implementation at the same time,at first finish the complete system architecture and main function modules,and complete the function of other modules gradually.
