Badminton movement attracts public and young students this years,the development and popularization of badminton made in the field of teaching and training has been widely remarked,investigators have also found many training methods about the exploration and practice of novel and appropriate to satisfy the needs of the sport healthy and rapid development.However,badminton teaching research focuses on the professional sports teams training and college badminton teaching two fields at this stage,the research in view of the public and youth teaching and training methods is very scarce.To make up for the vacancy has been the top priority for teenagers' badminton teaching,it is a difficult task to work out more effective training methods and means about badminton technique.Imagery training is widely used in sports teaching and training of a psychological training method,especially in sports techniques relatively more complex in the project application.Large number of experimental studies have shown that imagery training can effectively improve the effect of physical education teaching.There are a lot of experience in the use of imagery training,and applied to various kinds of sports successfully.This research draws support from the advantages of the application of imaginary training to juvenile badminton teaching image,change the traditional teaching mode,the image training for teenagers' badminton teaching provides a powerful reference,to improve the teaching quality of juvenile badminton.Firstly,this study elaborates the representation theoretically,through dividing the image training into teenagers' badminton teaching experiment process to find and prove that the influence of the imaginary training in badminton learning.The experiment selected 50 teenagers who love badminton,after 32 hours of teaching experiment in Wuhan city,we can summarize the following conclusions:(1)In the juvenile badminton technology teaching,image training more accord with learners' learning rule than driving training,it can increase the speed of the formation of sports skills and footwork of proficiency effectively and improve teaching efficiency.(2)In juvenile badminton technology training,using imagery training can effectively promote the students' sports skills,gait and master.(3)In the juvenile badminton teaching,using the image training can increase the learners' appearance ability,what's more,the representation ability of high and low speed can affect learners' movement skills.(4)Image training changed the boring traditional teaching mode,fully mobilize the students' subjective initiative learning activities,added a lot of fun in training,effectively improve the students' interest in play badminton sports,promote the students' learning motivation.(5)In establishing a good image,on the basis of through their own practice to observe complete skill,after analysis found and correct my own shortcomings,learners can be adjusted effectively and feedback,improve their own technology(6)Imagery training in guiding clamp circuit can fully mobilize the learner's brain potential,development of teenagers discovery and the basic ability to solve the problem,which not only arouse the enthusiasm of the students,but also can effectively exert the students thinking ability,developing students' intelligence(7)Pass by the experiment,it proved that,compared with the traditional teaching,image training has many beneficial effects of many sides,it inherited merits and strengths of traditional teaching,it improved the shortcomings of traditional teaching,meet the requirements of modern teaching mode innovation and reform,is an effective training method.
