According to the decisions and plans of the CPC central committee,China will lift all rural poor people out of poverty by the current standards and achieve a moderately prosperous society in all respects at the end of 2020.The current fight against poverty has entered a decisive stage,and how to target the key problem of poverty alleviation and find the right grasping point of problem-solving for the purpose that the fight against poverty can be real and effective is important.Among all the measures,education targeted poverty alleviation is the key.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,The Party and the State attach great importance to education and targeted poverty alleviation and already formulated relevant policies.In December 2015,the CPC central committee and the state council issued the decision on winning the battle against poverty,which also made strategic plans for targeted poverty alleviation through education and it has been entitled the important mission of "blocking the transmission of poverty between generations".The thesis is a proprietary study on the problem of targeted poverty alleviation in education in poor rural areas.This thesis takes Enshi prefecture and its subordinate counties and cities in Hubei province as the research object and focuses on the benign working mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation in rural education.The paper reveals the influencing factors of educational poverty and explores the effective ways of targeted poverty alleviation in rural education by investigating the difficulties faced by current rural education,so as to provide useful reference and guidance for the decisive battle of poverty alleviation.In the research,relevant literature materials were collected and national macro poverty alleviation policy documents were studied.Moreover,Enshi prefecture and its subordinate counties and cities in Hubei province were selected as sample units to conduct in-depth field research to understand the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural education.Then the study conducted in-depth research on the leaders,teachers,students,parents selected from a number of representative rural schools in poor areas.Finally,the study analyzed the current educational targeted poverty alleviation difficulties and problems on the basis of field research and explored the effective way to promote the smooth promotion and implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural education.Through the investigation and research,the author believes that education targeted poverty alleviation is a long-term systematic project and it's a job with no time limit.Therefore,we should build a future-oriented and long-term mechanism,which should be a common action mechanism of interactional and coordinated development of government,schools and society.I sincerely hope that the research can provide targeted ideas for the targeted poverty alleviation of education in poor rural areas,so as to help win the fight against poverty.
