Research On The Campus Football Assistance Path Of Rural Primary Schools In Southern Sichuan Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the requirement of "precision poverty alleviation" to the whole nation,and clearly pointed out that precision poverty alleviation is the need of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.The most difficult task of putting the targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation of education on the agenda is the education problem in poor areas.With the promulgation of the 13 th five year plan for poverty alleviation in education,"comprehensively consolidate and improve the nine-year compulsory education level in rural areas of poverty-stricken areas,accelerate the improvement of rural school infrastructure,and resolutely win the battle of poverty alleviation in education".It is obvious that education plays an important role in the battle of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation,and ignorance alleviation,and education is the fundamental strategy to block the inter generational transmission of poverty.This paper selects six rural characteristic primary campus football schools in Pingshan,Gulin,and Xuyong County,which are national poverty-stricken counties in southern Sichuan,as the investigation object.Taking rural primary campus football as the entry point,this paper makes current situation investigation and support paths as the research content from the perspective of‘Targeted poverty alleviation through education'.With the help of literature data,questionnaire survey,field survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics methods,this paper analyzes problems existing in characteristics campus football and governmental dilemmas in implementing campus football activities,Conclusions are as follows: 1.Lack of guidance and assistance from the government and relevant functional departments to the football featured schools in rural primary schools in southern Sichuan,the school with characteristics of football in rural primary schools in poor areas of South Sichuan can overcome various difficulties and promote the construction of school culture,football teaching,football training and School Football League according to the evaluation standards of school with characteristics of football in campus,but the process is relatively slow and the effect is not obvious.2.There is a single way to help the football characteristic schools in the poor areas of South Sichuan,and there is a lack of help from the government,society,associations and non-governmental organizations.3.At present,there are no free normal students and special post teachers to teach or support in primary schools with football characteristics in poor areas in South Sichuan.The recruitment of PE teachers is lack of pertinence and flexibility.4.The policies of welfare treatment and professional title evaluation of PE teachers inthe primary schools with football characteristics in the poverty-stricken areas of South Sichuan have seriously affected the enthusiasm of PE teachers engaged in professional football such as physical education or sports training.5.In the implementation of the "sports poverty alleviation project",there are few hardware equipment invested in school sports and campus football,and the funds are seriously insufficient.There is no professional site and equipment in the school.Aiming at the problems existing in campus football activities development,this paper shows that support paths have been constructed by government to improve situation in poverty-stricken counties in Sichuan: 1.The government and relevant functional departments should strengthen the guidance of rural school campus football,make up for the shortcomings of the school in the process of promotion,such as the focus is not prominent,the direction is not accurate,the effect is not obvious,and effectively provide help for the standardization of rural school campus football.2.We will increase the ways to help schools with football characteristics in rural primary schools in poverty-stricken areas in southern Sichuan,encourage social,association and non-governmental organizations to help them,and ensure that schools with football characteristics in rural primary schools in poverty-stricken areas have diversified social assistance.3.We should make full use of the national poverty alleviation policy,establish a counterpart cooperation mechanism with professional colleges and universities,and introduce professional teachers.The number of "special post teachers" and the recruitment plan of football special physical education teachers will be added to make up for the lack of football special physical education teachers in primary schools in poor rural areas in South Sichuan.4.In order to improve the marginalization of the treatment of PE teachers in rural primary schools in poverty-stricken areas,we should increase the inclination of PE teachers in the evaluation of professional titles,adjust the recognition of their welfare and workload.5.Strengthen the combination of villages and schools,integrate the supporting resources of the construction of rural public sports venues and school football venues,integrate the construction of standardized football venues of rural schools into the construction of "Rural Revitalization",and improve the hardware equipment and facilities.
