In 1993,the Vietnamese government introduced the social education policy to promote the development of private higher education institutions.Under the background of educational policy.University of Thang Long in August 1994 by the Ministry of education and training and audit was formally established,In Vietnam it became the first private university.The private universities should improve the education quality and realize its sustainable development.The key to improve the quality of teaching education is "teachers"and "the management of teachers".Therefore,the research of the management of the teachers in private universities is of great significance for the development of education.However,there are still many problems in the management of the teachers in the universities of Vietnam,especially private universities,which are far from the requirements of the national and regional social and economic development.Therefore,this paper selects the Thang Long University of civilian run universities as representative,through the present situation investigation in private university of Thang Long teachers management to find the problem,and put forward some feasible solutions and suggestions to improve the Vietnam private universities teachers management.The article is divided into five parts,the first part is,firstly the introduction,the research background,the research significance and the purpose of the management of the private university teachers in Vietnam.Secondly,is the literature review of the domestic and foreign about the research status of the problem,and finally elaborated the research methods and innovation points of this research.The second part defines the concept of the management of private universities and teachers,and clarifies the basic theory involved in this thesis.The third part is the historical development and present situation of the University of Thang Long,first introduced the history of the development process of the type of the private universities in Vietnam and Vietnam private teachers universities,then introduces the Thang Long University specific development history and present situation,elaborated the Thang Long university teachers management factors.The fourth part is to analyze the causes,problems and achievement model of the management of teachers university.Specifically,including teachers scientific research activities management,teachers internship management,teachers and personnel management,teaching management,teachers daily life of all aspects of management.The fifth part is Thang Long university the current reality,the author puts forward reference suggestions of this study,for Thang Long university teachers management departments and Vietnam's central government and education training department to provide a set of feasible countermeasures and suggestions.This paper takes the investigation and research methods,based on the theory of human capital,and takes the management of the teachers in private universities as the breakthrough,and has some innovation.Through the Thang Long existing university faculty management present situation investigation and analysis concluded that Thang Long university teachers management existing problems,and comparing with the foreign related management research,for the school problems according to the way of teachers management recommendations.
