A Comparative Study Of Vietnam’s Hoa Lu University And China’s ECNU On University Teachers Management

In today world, globalization has sped up the process of social, cultural, political, economic and educational exchange between different nations. Less developed countries are now capable of examining the experience of their advanced counterparts, which then helps them to shape their own development path in various fields. Vietnam has been developing from an agricultural society into an industrialized one, it is therefore important for her to study the experience in developing various fields from other countries. China and Vietnam are both socialist states, and the commonalities that they share do not limit to just their form of governments, but also spread into the cultural sphere. China carried out her own economic reform 8 years earlier, reformed her educational system 10 years earlier, and joined the WTO 5 years earlier than Vietnam. As such, their development experience in this field deserves greater attention from Vietnamese scholars. While studying at the East China Normal University, the author has had a chance to witness changes brought by the Chinese educational reform. As such, this paper choose to explore successes brought by the reform of the management system of teachers in the East Normal University. This paper consults sources drawn from library, and internet. In this paper the author will analyze relevant literature and utilize comparative method in order to offer an introduction to Vietnamese researchers about the management system of teachers of the East China Normal University.This article will do research on the teachers’ management of the Hoa Lu University and the East China Normal University and the comparison of them, I hope this article can provide some reference for the management of Hoa Lu University, and I also hope I can make some contributions to the development of teachers’ management of universities in China.
