With the acceleration of urbanization,dramatic changes of regional population scale,spatial structure and layout lead to the uneven distribution of educational resources and other issues in rural schools.According to the different needs of education resources to make appropriate adjustments,which is particularly important.According to the intensive discussion of geographical design concept,based on the thorough study of the theory and method of geographical design,and combined with the relevant documents of the government for the balanced distribution of rural education resources,the paper analyzes the layout evaluation index.Through the research on the influence of the spatial rural topography and transportation on the school layout and accessibility,then based on the perspective of geographical space,the article analyses the convenience of the residents and the utilization of school resources,forms the layout of development index,and then discusses the optimal allocation scheme,as well as the characteristics of layout trends driven by population change,which can provide a scientific basis and decision guidance for the relevant departments to adjust the layout of educational resources.Thesis researches are carried out as the following four aspects:(1)Establishment and analysis of accessibility model of residents' entrance time based on the impact of terrain and traffic.This paper selects the Nanchuan District of Chongqing as an example of empirical research,analyzes the walking speed at different slopes,and combines the conditions of road network to construct the time cost with the reciprocal of walking speed,and then according to the model of time accessibility analysis,we obtain the reachability distribution of the time to get to school in the study area by means of ArcGIS software.(2)Design and realization of the educational facility layout assessment program.Through the study of the relevant documents on the balanced layout of educational facilities,this paper chooses the residents' convenience of admission and the utilization of educational resources as the evaluation index of the layout,then constructs the evaluation model of the admission convenience and the model of educational resource utilization,and forms the layout index model to evaluate the school layout in the study area.Meanwhile,the correlation analyses of the selected factors are carried out,which confirm the rationality of the selected factors that affect the layout.(3)The optimal allocation scheme of the school space layout is analyzed in view of the irrational situation of the school layout in the study area.Based on the principle of the nearest school,this paper puts forward the reasonable reach time,divides the school service domain within the reachable time based on the time reachability model,analyzes the demand situation in the service domain,and discusses the location of the service window area,which provides guidance for the balanced distribution of educational resources.(4)Analysis of layout trend under population size change.On account of the influence of population changes on the layout of the school,this paper analyzes the demographic changes and the prediction of the carrying capacity of the existing schools in the future,and then we analyzes the variation characteristics of the spatial allocation of the future school resources.
