| At the beginning of the 21st century,our country elementary education curriculum reform actively advocates autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning teaching mode,and the development of cooperative learning in our country has become an important focus of education research in China.When Focusing on the secondary school classroom cooperative learning teaching practice,it is not difficult to find that a number of students do not actively participate in interaction and don’t care about and cooperate well with other students in the process of cooperative learning,so the effect of cooperative learning are still to be improved.Group activities are the basic characteristics of cooperative learning which should be a cohesive team,and whether the unity between team members cooperative will directly affect the result of cooperative learning.The grouping has influence on the composition of the team members,the relationship between the team members,the cohesion of a group as well as the whole effect of cooperative learning.Therefore,cooperative learning needs to be divided into groups,and the impact of grouping on cooperative learning cannot be ignored.This study puts cooperative learning group in thought political lesson of high school as the research object.Based on the social interdependence theory,team management related theory,cohesion theory and the theory of cooperative learning group contact theory connotation to figure out the definition of cooperative learning group and finds that cooperative learning group is the development of the cooperative learning team formation process which should be implemented in the process of grouping of team and group internal identity.According to the classroom observations and interviews,it is obvious that during the actual teaching process,cooperative learning group only completes the first task and commonly paid little attention to the cooperation between the members of the team’s approval.Group identity mainly includes the identity of people and the identity of things,meanwhile,people’s approval including identity of peer or the team leader.Besides,the identity of things including the identity of cooperation target,group internal norms and rules,regulations,group identity,group task division of labor responsibility identification,etc.Realizing these above identity is conducive to the establishment of a positive interdependence,relationship between team members in order to form a highly cohesive team to accomplish tasks.Therefore,the key to the cooperative learning group is to realize the task of group identification,which requires the cooperation learning not only emphasizes the group,but also divide the group proper.Based on the theory of cooperative learning and cooperative learning group theory,cooperative learning group should follow equality principle,fair principle,participation principles.Three basic principles involved in principle,only in line with the basic principles of the grouping grouping is scientific grouping,effective group.Through field investigation,in classroom observations and interviews,found that the current high school thought political lesson some insufficiency in the cooperative learning group,not well implement grouping principle.At present the approach of the commonly used table nearby grouping,the academic record including collocation,grouping students free three grouping method,for example grouping situation specific analysis.Based on the actual requirements of teaching in order to better realize the cooperative learning group,group identification task,based on the principles of cooperative learning group,analysis concludes the grouping of concrete in practical cooperation learning teaching requirements,based on these requirements,combined with the specific topic to discuss how to implement cooperative learning group,the hope for a line of educators to provide cooperative learning group specific reference and guidance.The main research framework of this study is as follows:The first part,the introduction section,makes an argument on the research subject and expounds the research significance,the research idea,the method and the research innovation.Through literature review,it is clear that there are lots of literature researches on cooperative learning,but the study of cooperative learning group is less.The study about the high school thought political lesson cooperative learning group is less than 10.Thus,there are a lot of rooms to deeply analyze the cooperative learning group and methods.In the second part is the introduction of cooperative learning group theory,including the theory foundation,connotation,principle,and value of the political class in high school.In the theory of cooperative learning,the theory of social interaction,the theory of team management,the theory of cohesion,the theory of contact,the analysis of the group connotation;From general group to the cooperation study group,this study finds that group is an important part of cooperative learning,and group is an important link in achieving cooperative learning,meanwhile the important task of cooperative learning group which is a kind of structural grouping is make group identity realized.From cooperative learning theory,the cooperative learning group should follow the five principles needed:identity principle,equality principle,fair principle,the principle of complementary principle,participation.From the high school thought political lesson curriculum standard,the research on cooperative learning group plays a positive role to achieve the goal of high school thought political lesson,for example:students’public participation and social culture,students’ collective consciousness and the cultivation of the students rational dialectical thinking,etc.The third part is about the high school thought political lesson group cooperative learning approach reality.According to classroom observation and interviews,it is obvious that during the high school thought political lesson cooperative learning,teachers often used test scores and interest of students,and table nearby to group.Based on the theory of group learning,this paper analyzes the actual situation of grouping with the specific classroom teaching situation,and finds that the current grouping is mainly concerned with the composition of the group and the promotion of the group members’ recognition.The effect of the task is not enough,the three grouping methods in the specific implementation process failed to better follow the basic principles of grouping or even contrary to the basic principles of grouping.The fourth part is the effective realization of the teaching method of the cooperative learning group in the high school ideological and political course.The group principle is the guideline and guidance,and the specific basic grouping requirements are explored to provide the guarantee for the rationality of the grouping method.In order to better play the role of grouping on cooperative learning,to achieve the scientific and effective of each cooperative learning grouping method,so as to enhance the practical effect of cooperative learning,this paper takes the principle of cooperative learning grouping as the basic guidance,sums up the specific grouping requirements,So that the group is more operable,so as to provide more detailed guidance for the specific grouping method.At the same time,according to the specific grouping requirements,combined with the specific "World Cultural Diversity" teaching case study to analyze how to follow the grouping principle,how to achieve cooperative learning grouping,which line educators in the implementation of cooperative learning grouping method,provide more specific guidance and reference.The fifth part is a conclusion of the research.It summarizes the main conclusions of the work and makes a forward-looking thinking about future research. |
