Research On The Training Of New Professional Farmers In Hubei

With the rapid development of new urbanization and industrialization,a large number of young workers working in the city,there are many problems of rural resident population declining and the phenomenon of land idle emerged or abandoned in many areas in recent years in Hubei Province.And it is very prominent about agricultural production and industrialization and aging problem which has serious impact on Agriculture in our province the process of modernization.Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,agricultural modernization is a weak and important link in the Four Modernization in the process of synchronization.Thus it is particularly urgent and important in solving effectively the problem of who farming and how farming.The Central Document No.1 has made it clear that we must strengthen the innovation of agricultural management system and mechanism,and highlight the importance of agricultural vocational education and training in order to develop modern agriculture in recent years.Hubei is one of the provinces that respond to the policy of cultivating new type of farmers.That the cultivation of new professional farmers and the development of modern agriculture will be the main theme of agricultural development in Hubei province in the next period of time.The growth of Chinese economic has slowed down since 2011.The downward trend of economic development in Hubei province is also more obvious,of which the impact of agricultural development.It is more important in continuing to carry out training better,cultivating new professional farmers,accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization in Hubei in the context of the new normal.We should change methods and innovative ways to meet newer and higher requirements of the majority of farmers,and enhance the effectiveness of training at any time according to the current economic situation,when carrying out the new occupation farmer training work.In order to analyze the specific factors affecting the willingness to participate in training of farmers in Hubei Province,this paper put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.And the direction and size of the main problem inquiry training new occupation farmer are influenced by many factors in Hubei province at present.There are nearly 500 farmers were randomly selected for questionnaire survey to obtain first-hand research data and information through to Jing zhou,Xiang yang,Wuhan and other new occupation farmer in Hubei province to carry out the work of fostering better area.We can find that the new occupation farmer training work in Hubei province has achieved certain results,but the training object selection,training system,training resources,training of supporting policies to improve other aspects of some problems still exist after preliminary investigation.According to these problems,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and advice.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is introduction.This paper is mainly on the research background and significance,research contents and methods,research status at home and abroad,and the main innovation and the lack of content to be elaborated,focusing on research,laying the groundwork for the proposition put forward later.The second part is about the concept of the new professional farmer training.This paper discusses the related concepts of the new professional farmer training.Any research must rely on the corresponding theoretical basis;otherwise it is difficult to convince people.It is preparing for the following discussion through the systematic interpretation of the concept and theory of farmer training.The third part is the current situation of the new professional farmers training in Hubei province.The new type of vocational training is generally divided into two forms in the training mode in Hubei province.One is based on professional characteristics of sub object training,and the other one is based on the level of training.The contents of training include agricultural science and technology training,training of agricultural development concept,agricultural management training.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the new professional farmer training in Hubei province.The paper analyzes the influence factors of farmers' participation in the training of new farmers in Hubei and demonstrates the feasibility and rationality of the research using the Logist model,according to the survey data.The fifth part is about the problems of the new professional farmer training in Hubei province.The problems include training targeting deviation,training subject consciousness,overall quality low,the training content obsolete,lack of pertinence,and farmers' demand,single mode of training backward,training time and the farmers production and living habits not unified,the training time short,the follow-up training,training teachers lacking of training,the uneven distribution of resources the problem of farmers,new occupation incentive support system is not perfect.The sixth part is to optimize the training of new professional farmers in Hubei province.We should select the appropriate training object,innovative training methods and content,cultivate team advantage occupation training of the formation and growth of new farmers,optimize the internal and external environment,and improve the Hubei province new occupation farmer training effect to construct favorable policy support system etc.from the construction of administration system.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.This paper draws four main conclusions based on the analysis and research.On the training of new professional farmers is closely related to the three rural issues,how to further optimize the training of farmers that is still a topic worthy of further study...
