Study On Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers In Jilin Province

With the continuous development of agricultural modernization,the work of new professional farmers has become increasingly prominent.How to maximize the effectiveness of new professional farmers has become an important issue.At present,this group of new professional farmers is growing up.How to cultivate and cultivate in what direction are important issues that we deserve to analyze.This paper studies according to the "theoretical analysis"-"status analysis"-"cause analysis"-"countermeasure analysis".Based on the literature and theoretical research,this paper combines the field questionnaire and interview survey to deeply distract the development status and causes of the new professional peasant group,and finally propose countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the purpose and significance of the research.Through the review of the research on the cultivation of new professional farmers at home and abroad,the paper summarizes and summarizes the research content and research framework.The second chapter first defines the related concepts of the new professional farmers,and then distinguishes the similarities and differences between the new professional farmers and traditional farmers.Finally,it expounds the relevant theories and basic theoretical basis for the cultivation of new professional farmers,including human capital theory,urban and rural Meta-architecture theory,agricultural modernization theory,etc.The third chapter briefly discusses the realistic background of rural agricultural development in Jilin Province,the current situation of peasant cultivation,the cultivation effect and the problems exposed by Jilin Province in developing new agricultural cultivation undertakings.The fourth chapter focuses on the policies of the cultivation of new professional farmers at home and abroad,and analyzes some typical cases cultivated by new professional farmers at home and abroad.The fifth chapter combines the problems encountered in the development of new professional farmers in Jilin Province,and proposes solutions,including increasing financial support,optimizing the cultivation environment,improving the rural agricultural training system and some government policies for benefiting farmers.The sixth chapter draws conclusions based on the previous article and proposes a vision for the future.
