With the round acceleration of information technology and collaborative innovation,an effective way to integrate innovation resources and improve innovation efficiency,the coverage area of university collaborative innovation system has become wider and wider,and it now involves different countries and regions.The structure of collaborative innovation network is increasing complex relate to the superposition of many different types of networks.Besides,natural and facticious risk factors also exist in university collaborative innovation system,all these entail a more accurate and effective methods to characterize such a complex collaborative innovation network,as well as a more practical tools to support decision makers in management stuffs.University collaborative innovation networks are usually consist of sub-networks,like the innovation subject network,information resource network and social relationship network,etc.The theory of super network can right supply an effective and accurate explanation to the network problem with multi-layers,multi-attributes and multi-criteria network problems.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the collaborative innovation network in a supernetwork perspective.Based on an overall understanding of the concept and characteristics of super network and the main contents of collaborative innovation network,A equilibrium model of collaborative innovation network was constructed accurately,and numerical examples were given to demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of the solutions.Sensitivity analysis was also taken account.In this paper,the optimization problem was transformed into variational inequality issues,and adopted modified projection algorithm to solving the problem.Considering the dynamic innovation process,this paper offered both optimal solutions of individual optimization and overall optimization at a certain moment,and compared the differences between they two states.The university collaborative innovation system can be regarded as a complex network,in which a organization network interacts with an innovation resource network,and the relationship between collaborative agents has a moderating effect on the cooperating willingness and resource allocation of these agents.In turn,The condition of resource integration can moderate subjects to improve their relationshiplevel and collaborative behavior.The relationship and muiti-target principle both have an influence on the collaborative innovation equilibrium state.Therefore,The university collaborative innovation super-network model consist of social network and resource network was constructed and got an equilibrium model based on the multi-objective deciding principle,that,research institutes,universities and industries these three kinds of subjects take the profit,cost and risk as main decision goal.This model combined the super-network theory and the study of university collaborative innovation practice,expanding both application and research field of the super-network theory.Besides,the multi-objective decision method was applied to describe the dynamic equilibrium changes over the whole university collaborative innovation,so as to provide scientific theoretical support for individual and overall optimization of innovation management.
