Research On The Influencing Factors Of Collaborative Innovation Performance Of University

The state is energetically implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,and deeply carrying forward the reform of science and technology system.The national science and technology plan settings have a significant adjustment.Scientific and technological resources more focus on the country's significant strategic tasks.Science and technology projects increasingly promote the implementation of significant projects as priority.Scientific research are more systematic and complex,and the links of all aspects of innovation chain are more closely related,and the disciplines involved are broader.All these changes put forward new and higher requirements for the scientific research organization,the level of scientific research and the mode of personnel training of university.Currently,the university remains the matter such as fragmented innovation resources,scattered scientific research strength,poor innovative mechanisms,isolated innovative principal.Scientific research organization model is not compatible with national missions requires.Demand to further clarify the effective mechanism of university collaborative innovation performance,explore the effective collaborative innovation model,and research the effective strategies to promote the collaborative innovation of colleges and universities,to enhance the cooperative innovation ability of colleges and universities.Based on the questionnaire of 38 national level 2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers which are set up by the Ministry of Education.This paper uses the principal component analysis method to determine five key factors which may affect the collaborative innovation performance of university,such as personnel management system,coordination mechanism,cooperative partner condition,cooperative partnership and government support.Through the questionnaire analysis and multiple regression analysis,it is found that the personnel management system,the coordination mechanism,the cooperative partner condition and the cooperative partnership have a significant positive impact on the number of collaborative innovation activities.Government support has a significant positive regulatory role in the impact of personnel management system,collaborative mechanisms,synergistic partner conditions,and collaborative partnerships on innovation activities and performance.The intention of collaboration has a significant positive impact on the number of collaborative innovation activities,and has a significant positive regulating role on the total influence relationship between in the impact of personnel management system,synergistic mechanism,synergistic partner conditions,and collaborative partnership on the number of collaborative innovation activities.The intention of collaboration has a significant positive impact on the collaborative innovation performance,and has a significant positive regulating role on the total influence relationship between in the impact of personnel management system,synergistic mechanism,synergistic partner conditions,and collaborative partnership on the collaborative innovation performance.Collaborative innovation activities play an intermediary role between personnel management systems,collaborative mechanisms,partnerships,partner selection and collaborative innovation performance.The research on the differences in the influencing factors of different types of collaborative innovation activities show that there is no distinct influence of personnel management system and cooperative mechanism on the performance of collaborative activities of different colleges and universities.The collaborative cooperative partnership has different influence on the performance of different university collaborative innovation activities.The influence on the performance of the collaborative cooperative partnership on the frontier basis collaborative innovation activities is distinctly higher than that of the industry collaborative innovation activities.The influence on the performance of the collaborative cooperative partnership on the frontier basis collaborative innovation activities is distinctly higher than that of the regional development collaborative innovation activities.The government support has different influence on the performance of different university collaborative innovation activities.The influence on the performance of the government support on the frontier basis collaborative innovation activities is distinctly higher than that of the industry collaborative innovation activities.The influence on the performance of the government support on the social sciences collaborative innovation activities is distinctly higher than that of the industry collaborative innovation activities.Based on the conclusion of empirical research,this paper puts forward an idea to optimize the collaborative innovation of colleges and universities from optimizing collaborative innovation system,perfecting resource sharing mechanism,establishing the dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation,reforming assessment mechanism,innovating personnel appointment system,strengthen the organizational management,increasing government support and so on.
