A Study On Diet Education Of Kindergarten Under The View Of Life Aesthetics

Life aesthetics is a practical aesthetics,on which the esthetical of life as the object of study is based.In a nutshell,the diet education in kindergarten,means the education which related to the diet activities,conducted education by the diet.It include the process of diet education and other aspects of education which involved in the education activities.This research surveyed the kindergarten education current situation,with the methods of observation and interview.The researcher chosen two provincial demonstrative kindergarten in Guilin using the method of purposeful sampling.By means of investigating the management system,the main content and the activities' organization forms of kindergarten diet education,the researcher got the kindergarten education current situation.The author discussed the situation of the penetration life aesthetics infiltration in kindergarten diet education,and analyzed the problems existing in it's process,and discussed how to improve the disharmonious elements in the kindergarten diet education,then put forward some related suggests to more harmonious in the kindergarten diet education process.This article consists five parts:The first part is the introduction.It elaborated the causes of the selection of the subject,discribes and evaluates the present academic research,the related concepts,the purpose and significance of this research,as well as the design idea and stages of research.In the second part,the author stated the current situation of kindergarten diet education.It include the management institution,the content and the activities' forms of diet education.The management system of kindergarten die education including the choice and use management system of food material,the environmental management institution of food's manufacture and eating,and the personnel,who working in the kindergarten kitchen management institution.The kindergarten diet education's main content include the infants' eating habits,infants'understanding of food and nutrition,the inheritance of the traditional diet culture and the education of cherishing foods.The activities' organization forms of kindergarten diet education contain the activities of infants' dining,the activities of lived experience at the planting region,play games and the collective teaching activities in the playroom which named "little happy kitchen" and activities with delicious food as theme.In the third part,the author analyzed the condition of combinative between life aesthetics and the diet education in kindergarten.It reflects in the esthetical food which is embodied in diet safety system's establishment and implementation,the diet nutrition collocation,the color,the taste,the shape of food;the esthetical environment of classroom;the harmony in physical and mental which is embodied in the cultivating infants' etiquette and behavior,and the process to pay attention to body's harmonious growth at various kinds of activities in dinner;the esthetical of labor which is embodied in the process of serving others and nursing vegetables.In the fourth part,the author scaned in the kindergarten diet education by the perspective of life aesthetics.Discussed the least of perfection in diet education and the factors which Influenced the quality of kindergarten diet education.The least of perfection in diet education embodied in the following aspects:the insufficient of esthetical in shape of food and tableware and the level of landscaping design for environmental,the interaction between infants and environment,reproach and rebuke infants,and awaiting to enhance the opportunity for infants to labor.The factors which Influenced the quality of kindergarten diet education contains the indergarten concepts of education management,the physical environment conditions,and the comprehensive diathesis of kindergarten's teacher.In the fifth part,the author came up with some suggests for the constructing of diet education in kindergarten with harmonious.In enrich the aesthetic orientation of management institution in kindergarten diet education,the evaluative criteria which form Administrative Department of kindergarten and the management institution in diet education should infiltrate the concept of life aesthetics,in order to promote the development of routinization for life aesthetics in kindergarten diet education.In the respect of introducing,training and guidance prominent teacher,kindergarten should importance the support and encouragement for teacher.In the respect of reinforce the supportive of material and space environment,the kindergarten can build small"little happy kitchen" or self-governed restaurant dining room,rich food mold,tableware and the material for embellishing dining-table.In the respect of improving kindergarten teachers' arts of management and education,teachers can improve the work elaboration of "student on duty" when dinner,also can construct a comfortable dining environment under the rules of orderly and leisurely.Teachers should make full use of music's effects in infants' aesthetic,when eating,and provide more opportunities for infants to interact with the environment at diet education activities.
