The curriculum is the most important way for the school to carry out career planning education.How to improve the education system of career and development,and how to achieve the teaching task of career planning courses with high quality and efficiency,is a very important research direction for students in vocational colleges.Vocational vocational college career planning courses are set up on the basis of timely and accurate understanding of the needs of social talents and market economy changes.The purpose is to help students build a systematic career framework.Higher vocational colleges lag behind the social development in career curriculum design and student quality cultivation,leading to serious structural unemployment among their graduates.Most of the higher vocational schools,Gaozhuansheng,have relatively weak learning foundations,poor self-confidence,low psychological recognition of self,and are often at a disadvantage in the face of increasingly fierce market competition.This urgently requires schools to redesign courses.Design and practice in line with the information career curriculum.On the one hand,for traditional face-to-face courses,the efficiency of the dissemination of basic theoretical knowledge and the emotional communication between teachers and students are dominant.However,the choice of classroom teaching methods is still dominated by teachers,and the classroom atmosphere is boring.Students 'enthusiasm and initiative are low,and it is unfavorable for students'self-learning ability,innovation ability and practice ability.At the same time,with the rapid development of computer and Internet science and technology,education is deeply influenced by information technology.Our students are boomers who grow up in the"Internet +" era.They are very familiar with the Internet.Online courses have absolute advantages in terms of autonomy,interaction,openness,and sharing.Online rich and diverse course resources,timely and convenient exchanges and discussions,and various forms of evaluation methods are all loved by students after 95 and 00..However,the uncertainty of the online response time,the lack of empathy in online communication,and the monitoring of online learning have also caused many researchers to question the simple online learning.Therefore,how can we make a good combination of the two,that is,the combination of online courses and online online courses,which is the "mixed teaching"(mixed learning)that has emerged today.Taking Liaoning F College of Higher Education as an example,this paper analyzes and collects data from 2018(freshmen),2016(graduates),and 2017(sophomore)questionnaires in some majors,and conducts on-site visits to teachers and students to obtain first-hand information.Discover the problems existing in the vocational planning course of Liaoning F College,redesign the career curriculum,and test the effectiveness of the post-design curriculum.It is hoped that it will help the teaching of the career planning course of Liaoning F College.
