| Students’ physiological and emotional changes always happen in junior high school stage with the most rapid physical and mental development of them.Students not only bear a variety of physiological and emotional changes but also bear the academic pressure from all aspects which make them to be prone to have emotions and behavior realated to learning-burnout.Learning-burnout is a phenomenon in which students are experiencing emotional exhaustion,physical exhaustion,mismanagement and low learning efficacy which dues to learning stress,social relations,family background or other psychological reasons.The phenomenon does harm to the physical and mental health of junior high school,so it must be taken seriously by every field.661 students from the L middle school in Guangzhou were selected as the research object.The present situation of learning-burnout and the influencing factors of junior high school students in Guangzhou were analyzed with the self-made questionnaire of learning-burnout of junior high school students.It turns out:Firstly,junior high school students learning-burnout situation is not very serious,but not optimistic.Among the four dimensions of learning-burnout,the scores of physical exhaustion were the highest,followed by interpersonal alienation,emotional exhaustion and self-efficacy.Secondly,the difference in demographic variables is:in gender,there is a significant difference between boys and girls in learning-burnout.In the education level,the higher of students’ grade in junior high school,the more serious the learning burnout is while the grade three is most serious.Thirdly,The points of those who are cadres in classes were significantly lower than that without cadre experience.Fourthly,in the family factor,the only child is more likely to have learning-burnout than non-single child.Single parent and non-single parent family have significant differences in learning burnout,especially in emotional exhaustion and self-efficacy,interpersonal relationship,students in single-parent families are more likely to have learning burnout.Fifthly,the cultural level and occupational differences affect the students’ learning burnout obviously.The parents culture level has a significant correlation with learning-burnout.In the parents ’occupation,the father’s job is not significant in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,physical exhaustion and self-efficacy in junior high school students’ learning burnout,but the difference is very significant in the interpersonal alienation dimension.The mother’s occupation type has a significant correlation in the emotional exhaustion,interpersonal alienation,self-efficacy,the students whose mother unemployed score higher than professional.In the physical exhaustion,the students whose mothers for the individual business score higher than that of other occupations or unemployed.Finally,the proposal was put forward from the individual’s own,family,school,social four levels to deal with junior high school students learning burnout.In the individual,junior high school students should strengthen physical exercise,improve students’ ability to resist the frustrations,and adjust the mood to enhance psychological ability to promote the development of physical and mental health,and greatly reduce the sense of learning burnout.In the family,to create a good family atmosphere,to provide students with a harmonious environment for growth,change the traditional concept of education to help students find the fun of learning,build a good family environment.At the school level,reforming the curriculum teaching model to reduce the academic burden of students to enhance the overall quality of teachers to play the positive role of the second teacher,innovate school education model,and striving to improve students’ sense of full-feeling of learning.At the social level.The reform of the examination mechanism should be changed,and strive to achieve "more test for life" system,build a continuing education platform to enhance the level of parents’ education,to achieve multi-indemnification to promote the healthy growth of students. |
