The talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating" take practicing as principal line,rely on vocational ability as basic unit,it can reflect employment guidance.This mode in order to achieve the goal that including enhancing the vitality of school,improving students' vocational ability.Technical schools implement the talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating",develop cooperation between school and enterprise,this is Successful experience to development of international vocational education.On one hand,it can solve problem of technical education.On the other hand,it is the inevitable trend of vocational education's development.Guangzhou is a big city,no matter development in politics or economy,especially in education.It always ranks in the forefront of the country in many times.The technical education develops well in Guangzhou,formed a certain characteristics,but there exist some questions about Technical Education in Guangzhou.On one hand,enterprises want to hire those students graduated from the Technical school.On the other hand,many students graduated from the Technical school that met trouble in taking up an occupation.These students can endure hardships and be capable of hard work,have stronger practical ability.They are pragmatic,but their graduation certificate is not valuable.These contradictory phenomenon make us fall into thinking.Based on the especially fact of Guangzhou,This article study on the Status Quo about the talent training mode of Guangzhou technical college,it can make very important significance.For example,it can train more excellent technical talents;it can promote employment for students who are graduated from the technical school;the most important significance is that promote the development of Guangzhou economy.The article was divided into five parts to study the talent cultivating mode of"working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou.The study methods include literature,comparative law,investigation and case analysis.In this paper,specific research ideas as follows:Introduction:this part including topic origin,literature review,core concept and study ideas and method.Part one:theoretical basis of the talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou.This part analysis theoretical direction of the talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou according to Dewey's theory of pragmatism,Constructivist learning theory and the theory of all-round development of human beings.Part two:content characteristics of the talent cultivating mode of"working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou.This part elaborate content characteristics of the talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou according to training objective and specifications,Teaching content,Course system,management system and evaluation method.Part three:Analysis status quo of the talent cultivating mode of"working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou.Three aspects are six main forms,achievements and problems about the talent cultivating mode of"working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou will be introduced in this part.By using questionnaire survey and interview to obtain dates.The paper grasp the mode comprehensive by analyzing the dates.Part four:Suggestions and Countermeasures to perfect the talent cultivating mode of "working-learning integrated evaluating in Guangzhou.In order to Promoting development of talents cultivation about Technical schools in Guangzhou.This part will give specific path and Countermeasures from three aspects involves government,enterprise and school according to the problems.
