“Reading teaching” is a kind of traditional teaching method,an indispensable part of teaching in Chinese high schools.Ancient prose is part of the high school language curriculum because of its form and beauty of language and other special stylistic characteristics,so reading teaching is especially important here.“The ordinary high school language curriculum standard(experiment)” explicitly requires students to intensively read excellent ancient prose to stimulate their interest and cultivate their reading habits.“Compulsory education Chinese curriculum standards(2011 edition)”encourages “having the feelings of reading,” letting students get a taste of reading the language with appropriate tones to express their understanding of the author and emotional works.In actual teaching,many Chinese teachers ignore the importance of reading teaching or do not use this method,but the system of teaching high school ancient prose reading analysis is very important.Through analysis and research,the search for new cognitive concepts and operating methods has led to the current high school ancient prose reading teaching level.By referring to Bakhtin’s “Carnival Theory,” the study of Martin Buber’s “I and Thou” relationship theory and Gadamer’s “Hermeneutics of Dialogue Theory,”combined with investigating the situation of reading teaching of ancient prose in high school according to the theory of ancient prose reading,teaching and dialogue similarities make every effort to put reading teaching more in line with the characteristics of ancient prose and to follow the rules in order to improve students’ ability to interpret the text.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper on the theory of dialogue is a foothold from two aspects: Teachers and students provide the strategy of high school ancient prose reading teaching problems and methods,plus offer the harmonizing atmosphere of equal interaction,to set up the rules of reading teaching dialogue,obtain the rules of the reading teaching dialogue,implement conditions such as improving their reading and theoretical accomplishments,improve students ability in dialogue tograsp the essentials of reading aloud,and promote diversity dialogue type reading operation method,etc.The purpose of dialogue theory and effective combination of high school reading teaching of ancient prose is to help teachers educate,students learn better,and optimize teachers’ teaching contents and teaching methods.Improving the quality of reading teaching can help students better learn ancient prose.
