"Thinking Model" is an important scientific research method as well as a cognitive approach,which can convert unknown information to known information and have unknown problems settled with known information.In the current course of chemistry teaching in high schools,many teachers put more emphasis on knowledge and skills imparting but ignore the application of the thinking method.In order to guide the students "how to get" chemistry knowledge,we need to explore the application of the thinking method in the teaching.This study selected representative methods of thinking--"Thinking Model" as the research object in order to probe into the effective strategies and ways of "Thinking Model" in chemistry teaching from the teachers' teaching methods and students' learning styles.In this study,the literature research method has been used to understand the current situation of the research of "Thinking Model" in chemistry teaching;It has been found that there are some problems to be solved in the application of "Thinking Model" by the investigation method;The typical cases are used to illustrate that the knowledge content of middle school chemistry is suitable for the teaching of "Thinking Model".The results of the study show that:1."Thinking Model" is an indispensable tool in Chemistry Teaching in middle school.It not only helps students to understand the chemical knowledge and rules,but also optimizes the students' thinking quality and improves their subject quality.2.In the application of "Thinking Model",the prototype of chemical problems must be simplified and idealized.The learners should make full use of the imagination,abstraction and reasoning ability,and break through the restriction of the language elements.3.The purpose of teachers' teaching is to develop the students' thinking ability,so is the students' learning.Flexible application of thinking modeling can get twice the result with half the effort;"Thinking Model" in chemistry teaching can be trained,but not taught.4.As the proverb says,a tree can' t make a forest,so it requires joint efforts from all sides that "Thinking Model" is widespread used in chemistry teaching.
