The development and utilization of curriculum resources is a major proposition of the national foundation education curriculum reform.Without the support of rich curriculum resource,a better idea of teaching reform will also be difficult to become a real education outcome.For ideological and political courses in middle school,effective development and utilization of curriculum resources is the need of enriching teaching material,making the teaching close to the students' life and reflecting the new achievements of the contemporary social progress and scientific and technological development.The development of the curriculum resources should be based on the development of the students' body and mind and their actual cognitive level,as well as the characteristics and the fitness of the curriculum.Undoubtedly,the local culture resources are one of the most distinctive and appropriate courses in the teaching of Cultural Life in middle school.Tianshui is famous historical and cultural city in China.Its rich local culture resources and thick cultural atmosphere provides abundant material resources for the local high school teaching of Cultural Life.Exploring Tianshui local cultural resources and servicing better teaching of Cultural Life is an important topic for the local high school teachers.Tianshui local culture resources is cultural teaching resources in right of Gansu,centered Tianshui,which has distinct regional characteristics,is cultural teaching resources of Cultural Life available to develop and utilize.It mainly includes places of historic interest in culture,distinctive historical culture,celebrity culture and folk customs culture in Tiansui.Excavating and using these rich humanistic spirit in cultural resources fully will enhance affinity and effectiveness of Cultural Life classroom teaching and cultivate students' love for the homeland and motherland,carry forward the national excellent culture and promote students' humanities.But the application of Tianshui local cultural resources in local high school teaching of Cultural Life is not ideal,existing the problems of insufficient development,single application structure,low using frequency with characteristics of fragmentation and randomness,as well as other issues.The cause of these problems is the teachers' thinsubjective consciousness to develop local culture resources,insufficient understanding of its educational value,the limited developing ability,the effect of exam-oriented education and insufficient school support.Based on the characteristics of the local culture resources,efficient use of Tianshui local culture resources in Cultural Life must follow certain principles,which include characteristic principles,fitness principles,the principles of life,the principles of adaptability.At the same time,it is necessary to make an effective application of the education value of Tianshui Local culture resources in teaching of Cultural Life must focus on the certain application strategy.These strategies include: using the local culture resources to optimize the teaching design and embed the local culture resources to fill the teaching materials shortage in the teaching design;inspiring students' learning interests with great passion to import new lesson in the classroom teaching stages,selecting local cases to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and using native culture to make a summary and highlight the teaching difficult point;in the extracurricular practice section,the second class is carried out to perceive the charm of the local culture and design the local culture practice to cultivate the students' innovation ability.
