Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of General Senior High School Career Planning Education

High school is an important stage for students to know and understand themselves,and it is also a key period for students to form correct values and outlook on life.In this period,students should not only meet the challenges of the college entrance examination,but also face the problems of how to choose arts and science,how to fill in the college entrance examination volunteer and how to fail to take the college entrance examination,which is also the key to the students' future life direction.But in the present form,most of the high schools organize the education for examination-oriented education,only pay attention to the high and low scores of students in the college entrance examination,rarely mention the occupation and major,which leads to the vast majority of students have some confusion about occupation and major ? However,for high school students,not only need to have a certain knowledge reserve,but also should have some understanding of career planning.This requires high school students to be able to connect themselves with their careers and fully tap their professional potential.Therefore,in order to effectively avoid the problem of students' blind choice of major which leads to the change of major after going to university,it is necessary to introduce the career planning curriculum into the teaching system of high school.This paper expounds the importance of doing a good job of career planning education in senior high school by studying some relevant literature and combining with the author's own experience.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of career planning education in senior high school and the problems existing in organizing and carrying out career planning education in senior high school.This paper expounds the importance of doing a good job of career planning education in senior high school by studying some relevant literature and combining with the author's own experience.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of career planning education in senior high school and the problems existing in organizing and carrying out career planning education in senior high school.Finally,the author concludes the six-point measures to improve the career planning education in senior high school,namely: strengthening the training of planning education;building a curriculum system with the nature of subject group;increasing the class hours of career planning education;refining the curriculum materials of career planning education;encouraging the establishment and activities of relevant student associations;and making full use of social resources to strengthen the educational effect.
