In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of Higher Vocational Education in China and the needs of the transformation and development of higher vocational colleges,the application of feedback data is tracked through the degree of graduates and school social recognition to help the schools improve the education and management service level and establish and improve the management mechanism of internal diagnosis and Reform in schools.An important job in higher vocational colleges.However,the current unbalanced development and isolated monitoring and evaluation system,as well as the multidirectional derived non standard evaluation indicators can not help the relevant government departments and schools to straighten out the monitoring and self-diagnosis work.To this end,the selection of higher vocational colleges to study the subject is a comprehensive consideration of the higher professional colleges and universities more close to the post demand,graduates can reflect their true level in a short time and shorten the cycle of investigation and research.Through the research of the actual case of Tianjin Vocational Technical College of Light Industry,this paper combines the job demand in the employment system with the career development and planning,and uses the screening literature,the Delphi method and the investigation and analysis method to analyze and adjust the indexes,and streamline the current evaluation index and form the evaluation system according to the evaluation system.Analyze the report data,formulate the rectification plan and implement the rectification.In the implementation of the new "professional teacher employment recommendation rate","post job transfer rate","other forms of cooperation and transformation rate","graduate school recommendation rate" and other research indicators,to adjust the "professional relevance" for "professional relevance".The newly adjusted evaluation index system has achieved good results in practice.At the same time,in view of the professional quality training of different professional students,we use screening literature,Delphi method,investigation and analysis method to form a set of key professional professional quality training index formed by industry associations and employers,which is used for the survey of employers’ satisfaction.In the investigation,the questionnaire of three levels of "colleagues","human resources department" and "superior" was set up to form the evaluation of different dimensions,and the standard became the reference standard for the professional quality training of various majors.In the training of students’ professional quality,the weight of each professional index is different and focused,forming the completion framework of the final evaluation system.The research finally establishes an evaluation index system for the investigation of the graduates’ investigation,the investigation of the graduates and the survey on the satisfaction of the employers.The evaluation indexes include the detection index of the employment volume,the monitoring index of the employment quality,and the evaluation index of the post ability.Eight aspects: "professional development capability index","influence of teaching and skill training on employment","influence of students’ quality and ability training on employment","employment guidance and employment monitoring indicators" and "influence of basic school conditions on employment".It covers 31 indexes of first grade and 48 of grade two.The innovation of this research work breaks through the problems that the original set of indicators apply to the professional classes,close to the professional needs,and solve the problems of the professional ability monitoring of graduates from a single to multi angle collection and the requirements of the post ability.Because this evaluation index system is close to the practice of talent training in higher vocational colleges,it is suitable for the monitoring of higher vocational education management,and it is finally provided to the relevant government departments and schools in need.
