Research purpose:to compare the running platform high intensity intermittent aerobic exercise and running platform FATmax strength for aerobic exercise two types of movement of lower limb muscle fitness and balance ability,to explore the differences in two kinds of sports fitness benefits.Selection methods:24 ordinary female student is divided into a High intensity intermittent training group(High-intensity interval traning.HIIT,n = 8),FATmax strength training group(The exercise intensity eliciting maximal fat oxidation,FATmax,n = 8)and The control group(The control,CON,n = 8).The HIIT group and the FATmax group completed 10 weeks of high intensity interval cardio and FATmax for 10 weeks with a 90 percent V02max intensity and FATmax strength,and the CON group maintained daily behaviors.Test before and after the exercise intervention height.weight,lower limb muscle fitness,isokinetic testing instrument f'or lower limb muscle of absolute power,relative strength ratio,endurance,explosive force,strength flexion and extension ratio test,test for static balance ability.During the experiment,the subjects kept their normal habits,and they monitored the anti-self-movement feeling after exercise intervention.During the whole experiment,not overeating,in experimental design to exercise every day after a goal,not participate in other big strength movement,assure enough sleep,avoid the effects of irregular work and rest time to experiment.The results of the study:1 intervention after hip muscle fitness changes.(1)60°/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group,compared with before intervention,after the exercise intervention group FATmax muscle than hip flexion and extension,and flexor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has increased significantly(P<0.01)and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has no obvious change.HIIT group after the intervention,hip flexor and extensor peak torque C.ON group were no obvious changes.From the comparison between groups,three groups of flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,there is no difference between power before training intervention,flexor muscle growth FATmax after training intervention group were greater than CON group,including FATmax group in the growth of the relative work is higher than the HIIT group after intervention,exercise intervention after extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power had no obvious change.(2)1800°/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group,compared with before intervention,exercise intervention HIIT group after hip flexor relative work,power has increased significantly(P<0.01).relative extensor peak torque,relative power,power significantly increased(P<0.05).Exercise intervention FATmax,CON group after hip flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has no obvious change.From the comparison between groups,three groups of flexor and extensor muscle strength fitness index except HIIT group flexion and extension than less than CON before intervention group(P<0.05),other indicators training before had no difference,three groups after training intervention of flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative strength,power,flexion and extension work than have no obvious change.(13)2400°/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group,compared with before intervention,after the exercise intervention FATmax group peak torque of hip flexor,relative peak torque,relative power,power has increased significantly(P<0.01)and extensor peak torque and relative peak torque has obvious changes(P<0.01).Exercise intervention HIIT,CON group after hip flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative strength,power,flexion and extension work than had no obvious change.From the comparison between groups,three groups of flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative strength,power,and flexion and extension work than there is no difference between before and after training intervention.From within the group,compared with before intervention,after the exercise intervention hip extensor endurance FATmax sets have improved(P<0.05).After the exercise intervention HIIT group and CON flexor endurance than have no obvious change.From the set of comparison between the three groups of flexor and extensor endurance than no differences in training before and after intervention.2 intervention after knee joint muscle fitness changes(1)60°/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group,compared with before intervention,after the exercise intervention HIIT group strength than knee flexion and extension,and flexor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power.power has increased significantly(P<0.01)and extensor peak torque and relative peak 'torque significantly lower.FAT max after exercise intervention group,the CON group strength than knee flexion and extension and flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has no obvious change.From the comparison between groups,three groups of flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque.relative power,power were no differences in training before ancd after intervention.(2)180 °/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group.compared with before intervention.FATmax after exercise intervention group of knee flexors peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has increased significantly(P<0.01)and extensor peak torque,the increase in the relative peak torque head is obvious,only flexion strength than there is no obvious change.FATmax after exercise intervention group,the CON group strength than knee flexion and extension and flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,power has no obviOous change.From the comparison between groups,FATmax before training intervention group and CON knee extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative work have obvious difference(P>0.05);HIIT group and CON knee flexors relative work have obvious difference(P>0.05);FATmax with HIIT group power of knee flexors have obvious difference.Muscle than three groups of flexion and extension after training intervention and flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative power,po,wer in all have no difference.(3)240°/s test resultsFrom the comparison in the group,compared with before intervention,after the exercise intervention FATmax group of knee extensor peak torque and relative work has increased significantly(P<0.01),the flexor muscle power has obvious changes(P<0.01).HIIT after exercise intervention group,the CON group knee flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative work strength,power,flexion and extension than had no obvious change.From the comparison between groups,three groups of flexor and extensor peak torque,relative peak torque,relative strengths power,and flexion and extension work than there is no difference between before and after training intervention.From within the group.three sets of knee flexor and extensor muscle endurance than exercise intervention before and after there is no obvious improvement.From the set of comparison between the three groups of flexor and extensor endurance than no differences in training before and after intervention.3 The change of' static balance ability after exercise interventionFrom within the group,after training intervention HIIT group of static balance ability have improved.After the exercise intervention FATmax and CON group no obvious improvement.From the set of comparison between the three groups of static balance ability than no differences in training before and after interv ention.Conclusion:(1)high intensity intermittent aerobic training 10 weeks and 10 weeks FATmax training for maximum strength and explosive force of hip and knee,muscular endurance has obvious promoting role.High intensity intermittent aerobic training on the improvement of knee joint maximum strength and explosive force of the hip effect is more apparent,FATmax in hip maximum muscle strength,muscular endurance enhancement effect is more obvious.(2)high intensity intermittent aerobic training 10 weeks and 10 weeks FATmax training,hip and knee power capability has improved.High intensity intermittent aerobic training to improve the effect is more obvious in hip,FATmax training effect is more apparent in knee joint.(3)high intensity intermittent aerobic training 10 weeks and 10 weeks FATmax training,muscle strength and endurance of hip and knee flexion and extension ratio are improved.FATmax group of muscle strength ratio is closer to the average man flexion and extension of knee joint flexion and extension ratio.(4)high intensity intermittent aerobic training 10 weeks and 10 weeks FATmax there are improvements to the training of body static balance ability,HIIT group effect obviously.
