The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy,with the grim world development,people as the most subjective initiative factor should accept more challenges.In the reflection experience,many private enterprises have been aware of the important role of human resources deeply,especially the excellent talent resources in the development and growth of enterprises.Training as an effective means of developing human resources,has gradually became an important means of enterprise management.Training evaluation as the last link of training,it is the guarantee of training policy,the key to promote scientific management,the motivation to improve the quality of training.Through the literature and the investigation of xx enterprises,there are many problems:including the subject of valuation?contents?evaluation methods?assessment processes and so on.Combined with the professional practice,we try to analyze the reasons:the shackles of traditional ideas about teachers and students,the limitation of examination evaluation system,the obstacles to behavior transformation,the complex evaluation of psychological activities and so on.Zhejiang province have many private enterprises,it is a large province of employees training also.From different angles such as education,management,psychology,we puts forward some suggestions:evaluation subject diversification,enrich evaluation contents,innovate evaluation methods,improve evaluation process,promote evaluation feedback and so on.This research has six parts:The first part mainly expounds the research background,purpose,significance and research methods of the paper,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,in order to find out the deficiencies of the existing research,and provide experience for future research.The second part mainly expounds the private enterprise,staff training,training evaluation and related concepts.The third part mainly expounds investigation about the present situation of enterprise employees training evaluation,and analyses the survey data.The fourth part bases on the data analysis,combines with the literature and the corresponding interview materials,summarizes the representative and typical problems of xx enterprise.The fifth part tires to from a different perspective on the problem of the employee training evaluation analysis of the causes.The sixth part puts forward some effective suggestion to resolve the problems,reflects on gains and losses of the training evaluation practice and clears value pursuit in the future.
