| Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,all sectors of the world are facing different degrees of impact: many factories have ceased production,workers have shut down and are unemployed.In this unstable employment situation,this year’s vocational examinations for civil servants,career editors and teachers ushered in a new peak: 70% of the graduates of Peking University in2020 chose the public examination and the editor examination;It is also common for graduate students from many top universities in China to compete for teacher posts in a local primary school.The change of people’s Employment Tendency and concept has driven and promoted the development of relevant training institutions: taking public education as an example,the national provincial examination ended in May this year.The share price of public education increased by 17% over the same period last year,and the market value increased by 12 billion;With the implementation of the national "double reduction policy",capital began to favor vocational education more.As of June this year,the number of vocational training institutions registered in China had reached 170000,and 20000 were established in the first half of this year alone.Internet technology is advancing with each passing day,Internet plus training has been developing vigorously in recent years.During the epidemic,most vocational training enterprises stopped offline teaching and instead recorded online courses to provide online training services.In particular,many newly established vocational training enterprises have completely become online vocational training enterprises,teaching online from written examination to interview.However,many online training enterprises have the problem of too large income gap between teachers of different class types and courses because they only focus on the performance of course registration rate,which has seriously affected the teachers’ work enthusiasm and recognition of the company,and also caused many other problems.The introduction of the balanced scorecard concept is very useful,a tool that can evaluate enterprise performance from multiple dimensions,into online vocational training enterprises.This paper chooses X,an online occupation training enterprise under Internet plus training mode,as the research object,and studies the combination of the Balanced Scorecard and the enterprise.Firstly,this paper expounds the concepts of Balanced Scorecard and performance evaluation according to relevant research and literature review.Then analyze the situation and performance evaluation methods used by X company,this paper summarizes its shortcomings.Finally,according to the actual situation and strategic objectives of X company,starting from the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and the dimension of innovation according to the actual situation of X company,the author designs a convenient,practical and easy to operate performance evaluation index in practice.Performance evaluation system and employee incentive mechanism interact with each other and are indispensable.Taking the leader of the line test teaching group of X company as an example,the author designs the incentive scheme for the lecturer.In order to determine the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard,the author conducted a return visit after a period of implementation,and determined the effect.Of course,the research is not perfect,there are many problems and deficiencies,the combination of Balanced Scorecard and employee incentive mechanism solves the problems existing in the previous development to a certain extent,and provides a useful reference for the better development of online training industry. |
