With the development of society, modern talent also made more comprehensive requirements. Practical experience and theoretical knowledge has become the standard of the talent needed in modern society. In order to better adapt to society, universities has begun to set up full-time Master of Education Degree.The goal of the training is that the high-level talent should have the concept of modern education、the higher theoretical knowledge and practical ability.In this study, the selected object is14different majors in the D Normal university, in which according to the number of Master of Education were randomly selected301samples who were participated in educational practice. In addition, there are four levels of interview outline to make the fundamental condition more comprehensive and realistic understanding of the full-time Master of Education in Education Practice, it is also the complement of the questionnaire. The author designed the four level interview outlines for the head of practice base, Practice school instructor, university led instructor and the practical team director of composite formation (students), through live interviews, networking interviews, telephone interviews and other forms of interviews in40people. At the same time, a lot of real materials were obtained. Finally, the reference of the existed research, and combined with the focus, the author expected to find the problems by collating and analyzing of in-depth materials.With questionnaires and interviews,2010full-time Master of Education of D National University has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding in educational practice. However, because of the subjective and objective reasons, many problems still exist. Performance in: although D Normal University attaches great importance to the practice of full-time Master of Education in teaching activities, and invested heavily in education and internship, but there curriculum is still divorced from reality. Practice mode is single and students’ teaching skills will to be improved and other issues Manifested in:although D Normal University attaches great importance to the practice of full-time Master of Education in teaching activities, meanwhile they also invested heavily in internship, there still exit many problems, such as curriculum is divorced from reality, Practice mode is single and students’teaching skills will to be improved and so on. The author from the students their own inadequate preparation, instructor guidance mode in place education internship arrangement is not reasonable and the various units in the practice of education, lack of analysis of communication and cooperation in four dimensions, the reasons, and on this basis, the strategy:reform full-time professional degree programs; properly adjust to the practice time; implementation of the "mentoring", the implementation of a variety of practice modes; strengthening of teaching practice management and lead to a deeper level of thinking, to explore a more reasonable internship models and method which fit in the characteristics of full-time education graduate, to improve the quality of educational practice. Provide some theoretical basis and practice for full-time education graduate education internship.
