The core of scientific development is people-oriented, for schools, students of this core is good education, management and services. College students as direct consumers of the major customers, education as an important area of public services "organization dependent on the customer" thought should be adapted to the colleges and universities.In this paper, based on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction theory and the Status of student satisfaction, based on the combination of the characteristics of local college students may be initially constructed and this paper is the three local college students satisfaction index model, and established a target system. Hebei University of Technology students through interviews, preliminary design, a university student satisfaction survey, in the Hebei University of Technology School of Management, Science and Information Engineering, first to fourth grades were randomly selected in a class of students as subjects, on preliminary preparation of pre-survey questionnaire, the use of SPSS on questionnaire reliability and validity analysis, modify the questionnaire, the formal questionnaire. Full-time undergraduate college in Hebei Provincial select Hebei University, Hebei University, Hebei Normal University, Hebei Medical University, Hebei Agricultural University and the sample of schools in the Hebei University of 200 questionnaires were issued, and the remaining questionnaires are distributed randomly in each school 100 copies of a formal investigation, 554 questionnaires were received, the questionnaire response rate was 92.33%. According to data from the first statistical model was fitted with Amos17.0 to determine the model of this research, followed by the use of SPSS for overall student satisfaction and difference analysis, the final results of the analysis put forward measures to improve students satisfaction.This paper analyzes data on the status of the following conclusions: 1. the overall satisfaction of university students is not high; 2. Higher differences between the satisfaction; 3. professional categories of the existence of overall satisfaction; 4. gender The existence of schools image satisfaction; 5. Year of the existence of school satisfaction; 6. the political landscape does not exist on the impact of school satisfaction; 7. family sources exist on the perceived value of satisfaction.Hope that the results of this study can assist universities to enable them to find their own strengths and weaknesses and thus enhance the school's overall strength.
