Ba Jin once said,"the successful education of children begins with the cultivation of good habits." Students should not only learn all kinds of knowledge,but also set up the concept of lifelong learning,and then learn how to learn.Cultivating good study habits and grasping methods of learning are beneficial to improve students' learning quality,and also help students lay a solid foundation for their future development.Pupils in primary school,especially in low grades,are young and have poor self-control.At the same time they have strong plasticity and imitation power.Therefore,it is very important to take effective methods to improve their learning habits.This study attempts to use mental health education technology to influence pupils' learning habits.Mental health education in China started late,so it still fall behind many developed countries.But recently with the supporting of government,mental health education is becoming a more and more important part of quality education in our country.Mental health education technology is helpful to improve students' psychological quality,form students' good personality quality,and promote the harmonious development of students' body and mind as well.In this study,I use the questionnaire which is designed by Li Xiaoli to investigate the learning habits of primary school students,and the second grade students of a class in Qingdao were selected as subjects.Then,the method of class group psychological counseling was used to intervene the students for one month with the methods of behavioral reinforcement,behavioral training and imitation.In order to understand the effect of intervention experiment deeply,the intervention effect will be evaluated in a variety of ways: first,the students need to complete the "Primary School students' Learning habits Survey" scale;then after the class group tutoring class,the students have to complete the self-made "feedback form of group counseling effect";and the last one is the evaluation of students by class teachers and course teachers.The influence of mental health education technology on learning habits was analyzed by analyzing the typical cases in the process of intervention and synthesizing various evaluation methods.On the basis of the intervention experiment,conclusions are as follows:1.The use of mental health education technology has certain effect on the improvement of students' learning habits,but due to the influence of the short time of interventionand the small number of subjects the intervention effect is not as significant as expected.2.As a whole,the scores before and after the intervention are different.And several reasons like the number of subjects,the duration of intervention and so on,may lead to the difference of final results is not obvious.3.The effect of intervention experiment on male students' learning habits is not obvious.However female students' learning habits are improved to some extent,especially in the dimensions of cooperative learning habits,homework practice habits and coping test.This paper attempts to link mental health education with learning habits,to explore the intervention effect of mental health education technology on the learning habits of pupils in a certain class,and to verify the feasibility of psychological education technology affecting students' learning habits.And then provide reference for the choice of intervention strategies,and a technical practice path to the mental health education.
