The healthy development of colleges and universities is inseparable from the organizational guarantee of logistic undertakings.The logistical department of colleges and universities is a special organization that serves,manages and operates these three.At this stage,Chinese colleges and universities are still in an important period of strategic development.With the vigorous and rapid development of the national higher education and the gradual deepening of the socialization reform of the logistical work in colleges and universities,the logistic management of colleges and universities will face enormous pressure and challenges.However,due to various reasons,in the past decade or so of socialization reform,colleges and universities in our country have not paid enough attention to the performance evaluation of the logistics department,and the staffs in the logistics department have generally low qualifications.The management sets unreasonable performance indicators and lacks sound performance Assessment methods and incentive system,leading to the performance evaluation system of the university logistics department in the process of application and implementation did not play a positive role,which are the adverse factors that limit the development of the logistics department in colleges and universities,the performance evaluation of university logistics departments need to be strengthened and specification.Performance appraisal is an important systematic project of enterprise performance management.Therefore,to establish a scientific,reasonable and sound performance appraisal system can promote the development of enterprises and play a crucial role in fulfilling enterprise's vision planning and strategic goals effect.Establishing a sound,efficient and suitable performance management system in the logistics department of colleges and universities to realize the scientific operation and sustained development of the logistics departments in colleges and universities is one of the focuses of the work of the logistics departments in colleges and universities.In this dissertation,the author first introduces the relevant theories of performance appraisal and the current researches on the performance appraisal of the logistics department in universities at home and abroad.Then,taking the logistic department of W University as a case,the paper reviews the status quo of performance appraisal And existing problems in the performance appraisal system are elaborated,and W logistics management performance of the existing problems in colleges and universities are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of the case,W Ward logistics department performance appraisal system for the program optimization,science Set up performance evaluation indicators for departments and individuals to try to build a viable performance appraisal system;finally put forward the safeguards and feasibility suggestions for the implementation of the performance appraisal system of the logistics department in W University.
