Research On The Basic Education Management System Of Serving The Lifelong Learning For The Whole People

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a grand blueprint for an education system serving lifelong learning for the whole people,promote the horizontal integration and vertical connection of education at all levels,highlight the overall value of the education system,and further promote the development of lifelong learning for the whole people.Basic education plays a fundamental and decisive role in promoting the practice of lifelong learning for all,and undertakes the task of cultivating talents with comprehensive quality and learning ability in the whole lifelong education system.Therefore,it tries to build a basic education management system that serves lifelong learning for the whole people,and to play innovative services in institutions and systems,so as to promote the in-depth combination and development of basic education and lifelong learning for the whole people.China's basic education has been paid special attention and is in a good state of development,but in the vision of serving lifelong learning for the whole people,the basic education management system still needs to be changed.According to the principle of combining theory with practice,the interview method is used to understand the current situation of the current basic education management system,so as to provide theoretical support and practical basis for research.Using the service of lifelong learning basic education management system theory,the education stage goal and overall educational goals,in contrast to the current general sense of basic education management system,found that the current service of lifelong learning and basic education and thinking is not enough,mainly reflected in the basic education in each stage of education goal in a fragmented state,did not form a unified,serve the goal of lifelong learning,still lack of formal education with informal,informal education and thinking.So by adding institutions,improve institutions,perfect the system and innovation system play service the basic education of lifelong learning management system of innovative service,make basic education three stages can complete their education stage overall goals and the transition of the next stage of education,make formal education,non-formal education and informal education constitute systematic,to cultivate key learning ability,interests and lifelong learning consciousness.The research will help promote basic education to improve the quality of education,cultivate diversified talents,and provide theoretical reference for the reform of basic education management system.
