In the environment of higher education, the integration of information technology and curriculum innovation is a trend, and new teaching models are also emerging. On the basis of the characteristics of learners and teaching contents, APT model integrates evaluation methods, teaching methods and information technology, so as to optimize students' traditional learning methods and create efficient classroom in educational information environment.The main contents of the study include: (1)Based on the practice of education and teaching, the study designs a flipped cloud-classroom based on APT teaching model.(2)Taking the course of "Educational Technology Research Method" as an example, this paper expounds the construction of flipped cloud-classroom based on APT teaching model, and selects "conception and operation" and "experimental research method" to discuss the practice of flipped cloud-classroom based on APT teaching model. (3)The questionnaire was designed to investigate the effect of flipped cloud-classroom based on the APT teaching model on students' study. Before and after the course, learners were investigated by quantitative questionnaire from three aspects: cognitive load, learning engagement and research ability.The results show that the flipped cloud-classroom based on APT model have a good teaching effect. The results are stated as follows: (1) The mean of the research ability in the post-test is larger than the one in the pretest, of which the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the implementation of the flipped cloud-classroom based on APT model can effectively improve the students' research ability in the "Educational technology research methods" curriculum. (2) The students have strong learning engagement before and after the course, and the relationship between the learners before and after the course is weak, indicating that the flipped cloud-classroom based on APT model can increase learner's learning engagement. (3) In terms of students' cognitive load in the course, the implementation of the flipped cloud-classroom based on APT model did not increase the cognitive load of the students.The significance of the study mainly includes two points: (1) Taking the course of"Educational Technology Research Method" as an example, the flipped cloud-classroom based on APT model is designed to enrich the theoretical model of APT. (2) Based on APT model, the paper explores the effect of the flipped cloud-classroom on the teaching effect of graduate students, which enriches the practical application of APT model.
